Please could you provide a backend demo, frontend is completely useless. Or show a print screen from every backend settings page. Without that it is like buying a pig in a poke.

Hello! I am interested in your plugin. I have a pre-sale question.
1. In your demo I see that “Continue with Phone” is available on login section. My question is that it will work on “Register form”/ Create Account as well? I mean user can register just using the phone number through OTP? This is not available in your demo.
2. Lost Password – It only asks and displays to add username or email. No login through phone.
3. On Woocommerce Checkout Page – If the user is a new customer and not registered yet. Then it will display register through phone or customer will have to fill up all the information first to register?

1.Yes, you can use that shortcode in Registration form also.
2.It’s Mobile OTP based system. As lost password needs email based communication. So it’s not recommended to use “Continue with Phone” inside the Lost password form.
3.During WooCommerce checkout for new user, it requires username & password to complete the process. Though FireMobile ShortCode can be used here for registering new users. But it needs customization work to sync the checkout moment user registration process with the FireMobile
Can this field be added on the checkout page so that the phone number is confirmed on every purchase?

Now if i added this plugin and add shortcode, when customer login with otp, it is NOT connecting to their existing account, instead it will create new account with phone number as username. Customer already has phone number filled in billing and shipping details. How to connect to existing account ?

Nice plugin. At first I had an issue with it, but after turning off all plugins and then activating one by one – it worked. Still not sure which plugin was clashing with this one. HOWEVR… one thing that is not clear is (and i don’t see this problem in your sample) - my “continue with phone” button still remains on the page after login, when user is logged in (like on payment page). Is there a way to hide it from page once user is logged in?

Our plugin lets user login using mobile number. For advance functionality like the one you mentioned is possible but you will need to make custom code changes to implement that feature using our plugin.

Presale question: Can the plugin trigger a custom button and popup the window?
The plugin button can be customised from the code. If you need another button to trigger the modal then that button needed to have same id class attribute that our plugin button has.

It’s been more than 10 days and you couldn’t resolve the bug in your plugin. Your supporter kept on blaming me for not filling the database URL from Firebase (it works without with other otp plugins). You guy went in my site and modify that now it displays 2 buttons, one on top header and one on where the shortcode is placed. Your supporter told me to remove the code on the top and it will work!
THERE IS NO SHORTCODE ON THE HEADER!
You could easily test if there is a shortcode on the header or not by removing your shortcode on the page, but no… you just want to blame on others while your code is not working.
It’s been two days I asked you to retest the page you created on my site and noone answered on the ticket, noone even bother to go into my site to check to see what’s going on with your plugin’s bug create at my site?
This is because the issue you are having is not coming from our plugin but instead coming from your theme customisation or another 3rd party plugins. The plugin is working good on our end without any issue. So you will need to check if it’s conflict with your theme or with one of your plugins. To do this please change to a default theme first if it’s doesn’t solve the issue then deactivate your plugin one by one to check any of the plugin is causing this issue. Rendering shortcode in two different places is not coming from our plugin.
NB: Support can take up to 24 – 48 hours depending your ticket queue and volume of ticket, replies submitted prior to yours. Saturday and Sunday is our weekend.
You ask for the access to support, went on my site, fixed your plugin code to mess up my site and left there for couple days and came back to tell me it’s one of the plugins that render your shortcode incorrectly? Is this the kind of support you guys offer to your customers?
Your support could just do a quick analyze and tell me which plugins is conflict with your code instead of telling me “remove the extra shortdoce on the header and it will work” after 12 days giving me all different reasons why the plugin was not working, left my site look funny with your button always appeared on the top?
Ok, I switched to the default theme here (https://ibb.co/CHMFTcR) there’s no more plugin that renders the shortcode in two different places and YOUR PLUGIN IS STILL NOT WORKING!
If you can’t give a proper support or even tell which plugin is not compatible with yours, should I deserve a refund?

At first, your site had some CSS code that was conflicting with our plugin modal popup, which is fixed by our dev team and given to you as a quick fix. After we fixed the issue we noticed that the plugin still not working due to some JS error. We were not sure where the error coming from exactly as it’s working good on our end perfectly so we gave you directions that could fix your issue. That include the database url fix. The database url is not something we could fix for you as it’s need to configured in your firebase settings by you. After that we saw that double shortcode rendering problem and we inform you that one of your third party plugin is causing this issue. Debugging 3rd party plugin conflict is out of our item support scope https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy, as it require admin to deactivate plugin and test it out.
Now I see that you have mentioned, with default theme and no more plugin the shortcode render in two different places issue is fixed that means the issue was not coming from our plugin and we were trying to explain it to for about a week now with back and forth conversation that caused extra delays. This is something is not in our control as it’s up to the user to follow the directions from the technical team.
Finally you did mentioned it’s still not working for you but the screenshot you attached is not working. If it’s still not working for you I will suggest you to report it on the ticket with details of your latest issues with default theme and no plugin so that we can check and provide directions to fix it.

You told me the problem was there are two shortcode on my site. (Noone touch anything except your tech support fixing the plugin for the last 15 days). You told me to remove the top button and it would work. (We never add any code on the top of the theme).
And now even with default theme, no more plugins that render shortcode to appear twice and your plugins still not working, “that means the issue was not coming from our plugin…”.
Does this sound logical to you at all?
I’m sorry to say but your plugin has bugs and your supporter had no idea how to fix it, but instead admitting that the plugins has compatible issues and doesn’t work, you asking me to go around fixing stuff that’s not related to the bug, blaming me for adding the extra shortcode on my theme. Now I switched to the default theme (no more shortcode duplication) and IT STILL NOT WORKING. YOU STILL POITING FINGER AND DENYING YOUR PLUGIN HAS ISSUE!
The issue you were having was something new for our support team. For a regular user normally we don’t see the issues you were having. So at first you had the css issue with modal popup of our plugin which is fixed by our support team very quickly, then we saw the database url missing error and asked you to create the database url with instruction, after that when it’s still not working, we noticed that the shortcode is showing up in two different places(header & content) while it’s only placed in the content of the page. As replied in my previous reply debugging this issue(double shortcode rendering) was beyond our support scope and you confirmed here that with default theme and no third party plugin the shortcode is not rendering twice anymore so that means the issue was not coming from our plugin as stated by our support team.
Now you are reporting here that it’s still not working for you which we will need to check. Can you please describe in your ticket what exactly not working for you now? I think you are very close to fix the issue probably something to do with the config setup of the plugin and our support team is ready to help that you need in your ticket.
It might not sound good when we say that the plugin is not working because of a specific issue and later you see after solving that issue the plugin is still not working, that’s because our support team checks your issue, and depending on that they will provide instructions to fix it first to make the plugin working. Sometimes fixing that issue makes it work sometimes like in your case we can have another issue and we don’t have any control over that. Depending on the site there could be issues like third-party plugin conflict, setup issues, etc. which might only get revealed after solving a specific issue.
