Hello, First of all you wrote that you was going to update the tooltips!

Second it does NOT work on IPHONE / IPAD at all because the hover over function does not work. So you tested only on other mobile devices while most people use an Ipad or Iphone to login. There are plenty of tooltips who do work but as a disaster I have used yours!

Third, you update in the FIRST place FOR YOUR OWN customers including me. It is not a personal gift and it doesn’t matter how much it has cost me. To remove all those tooltips and replace them will cost me hundreds of dollars! But I prefer to remove it than to pay as an extra. It is not fair, You TOLD me you do an update and now turning back to get extra money is in my opinion far from nice.

I dont understand how these days you can bring out tooltips which are not working at all on IOS / apple devices!

But probably you will NOTupdate and I will have to pay a lot of money to remove. It was the last time I ever bought any product from you! And write for other people who don’t know : My product doesn’t work on IOS / IPAD/ IPHONE ! Believe me that this is not a good sale publicity!

Hello, I think it is not fair to do this as a custom job! I have my whole site full of your tooltips and now it does not even show in and ipad or iphone.

You need to W A R N people that it is N O T working in the devices. More than half of my customers login with Ipad/ Iphone and you dont have support for it. How is this possible ??? I think this is not serious at all. I advise all people to think twice before buying this script.

Hello I bought your item and i use it in my site. The problem is that the tooltips don’t work on an ipad and this is a crucial point for me. I also use another tooltip and that works on ipad/iphone so this should be working too but it doesn’t. Please help with which settings need to change to make it also work on ipad and iphone.
