App is full of errors and we can’t compile the basic version as well.
You can change menu and it’s URL from json file. below is json path. Path :- /source/Global/All_Data/drawer_menu.json

I think you have made some mistake in compile.
There is document just for configuration and change url etc. This is enough document for configure webview.
I think you need to learn first react native document for how to compile and run this app.
There is no any bug in application. You can check video.

I have two questions. 1- Is this app acceptable for Apple? You know about guideline 4.2.2 about webview apps. 2- Admob Ads avaliable?

For apple guideline they need some more native functions with webview. Just webview they will not accept.
This app is help for webview. But in this app Left panel is native so it might be help you.
Currently admob is not available in this code. If you like i can integrate it.
