After installing Reviews Plugin there encountered some problems.Review option is showing in product page but when clicked on the ‘reviews’ or ‘product questions’ nothing happens.We are using wordpress 5.1.1 version.There is a js error “ReferenceError:custome_sort_reviews is not defined” Please help.

Presale question – liking the features this offers, but would like to know if this is compatible with SUMO reward points before purchase? i.e. will SUMO know that the user has submitted a review using your plugin? We issue reward points for reviews so it’s an important point!

SUMO is the third party plugin and we have not checked the compatibility of our plugin with the third party plugin.
If there is any compatibility issue with SUMO plugin we can for sure make it compatible with SUMO plugin but we charge extra for that work if it takes more then an hour.

Hi There, I checked all the similar plugin and find out your plugin is most suitable for my site. Just there is few question I’d like to ask before purchasing. 1. Do your plugin suitable for flatsome theme? 2. Is it able to show review tab in clients account page? 3. There are many product on my site, is it able to let client leave review only for the product that he made a purchase? For other product which he didnt buy, he is not able to leave a review. Is this possible.

1- We have not checked our plugin with the flatsome theme if there is a compatibility issue with the theme we will solve this for you. 2- No the reviews tab will not be shown in the clients account page but if you want this functionality we can build this functionality for you through a custom work. 3- Client can leave a review on all the products either it’s a purchased or not. But if you want this functionality we can build this functionality for you through a custom work.
We charge extra for custom work and the rate is $25/hour.

Thanks for your quick reply 1.For the mentioned 2 function. Could you please help to estimated how many hours will you need to complete the work? 2. I will need to offer coupon for client’s review, could you please suggest a coupon plugin that work perfect with your plugin? 3. in the review tab in clients account page, is it possible to show all his orders, and there will be a review button beside, he client then go to the product page and leave a review. If he leave a review for the order, there will be a counpon beside the order. Is this possible?
One more thing, if i update wordpress or woocommerce or the theme flatsome, will these custom work missing?

1- Can you please email us at extendons@gmail.com. We cannot provide you quote publicly. 2-You can use Woocommerce builtin coupon offer. 3-In my account Orders were shown to the client in order tab. You want to show a review button with all the orders or any thing else. Can you please send us a mockup for a review tab in the order form so we can check the requirements.
We made changes in our plugin you can update your theme and wordpress and woocommerce It will not affect the custom work but plugin update will affect the custom work.

We do not understand what do you mean by minimal features because we have explain each and everything about our module on module page of Codecanyon, What our module will do and what is included in our module.
About theme flow, sometime custom module have issue with custom themes because we develop module according to default woocommerce settings and default theme but custom themes have own structure. So if you issues you can contact on our support “info@extendons.com” our support will fix all theme related issue with the module.
The exendons plugin is now a conflict with our themes font size. Our homepage content is smaller in size on certain paragraphs. When we disable extendons plugin the problem goes away. suggestions as to why this is happening. Your website does not allow us to email you so our only choice is to publically speak to you here.

Does it work with Discus comments in use on the posts/pages?
What I mean is, Disqus tampers with woocommerce review functionality. Will your plugin work 100% as usual if we have Discus installed on our site?
About your first comment, no it will not work with Posts/Pages it only work with WooCommerce Reviews.
