Hello,

It looks like you are unzipping a second download. Delete from your computer what you have now and download it again. Maybe the archive was corrupt on download

Now, It’s working fine. Thanks

Will there be any chance in the near future that you will make a WordPress version?

Great. I have purchased 3 of your plugins. I have to say that all 3 have preformed excellent. They are time saving and your videos are extremely helpful. I look forward to the WordPress version. Thank you.

Hi, I purchased Jquery Carousel Multimedia Image Video Audio. I can download the zip file fine however, when I try to upload to my Wordpress site, it hangs and eventually times out. I’ve tried uploading multiple times and downloading multiple files. Any ideas?

Hello,

This is the Jquery plugin, not a WordPress plugin.

Hi I purchased this template and it works fine when everything is in the same page but when i put it in a page that uses a master template it doesnt work. I am guessing that the jquery below is not being called when i use a master template. Any ideas how to correct this. jQuery(function() { jQuery(’#multimedia_perspective_carousel_black’).multimedia_perspective_carousel({

Hello,

Please make sure you are loading jQuery only once on your page

my center icon is missing on rollover. top menu dropdowns go under the carousel. when i set to 100 wide responsive, it doesn’t size right. it needs to be 100% of inner div which is like 960px wide. then when browser goes under that amount it begins to shrink responsively. can you help with these things?

also the popups do not popup. no images, videos, anything.

well, links works but not other types like image, audio, and video.

Hello,

Please send me on office@lambertgroup.ro the link where you have the carousel, to take a look

how do i select an extended license for this? also, is there a gui or other wizard, or just some code and files? thanks.

Hello,

I’m sorry, we don’t sell Extended License. We only sell Regular License and this type of license doesn’t allow resell of any type.

I just purchased this code, and I have tried to customize it to fit in my page. I have it set up inside a tab format. However, when changing the code to fit the defined space, the carousel isn’t showing up.

Is this code compatible to work in tabs?

Also, I checked Firebug, and I found a whole bunch of display:none styles where the containerDiv is. Could this be due to the js?

Hello,

The carousel need to be initialized. Please send me on office@lambertgroup.ro the link where you have the carousel, to take a look

For those that are struggling to get this product to work with IE 7 and 8 it has to do with the foundational code used in the product called prettyPhoto. You’ll have to download the latest version which includes a fix for rendering YouTube in IE7 and IE8. You can find it here: http://www.no-margin-for-errors.com/projects/prettyphoto-jquery-lightbox-clone/

Hi, I am looking to place the dots navigation to the top of the carousel, please let me know how to do it? I tried “topNavPosition” : ‘left’, instead of “bottomNavPosition” but it didn’t do the trick. So, please let me know how to do it?

Thanks!!

Hello,

Set for ‘bottomNavMarginBottom’ JS parameter a larger value than the carousel ‘height’ (the JS parameter)

In addition to my above comment:

How can I re-position the mouse hover icon? As I have different size thumbnail images. And still I am thinking to remove the mouse hover icon when I have to.

Please any advice would help.

Thanks!

Hello,

Please send me on office@lambertgroup.ro the link where you have the carousel to take a look

Nevermind, the requirement has been changed. Thanks!

Hi, I liked it a lot, I need to do some tweak like removing that media icons on mouse hover. Please let me know if it can be done easily? by changing the value like “true” or “false” or something.

Thanks!!

Hello,

In the css file you can set width:0; and height:0; for ’.iconOver’ class. Please modify the class for the corresponding skin

You’ve provided no explanation on how to switch over from HTML5 “mode” to a version that does render in IE 7 and 8. Nor do any of your examples work in either browser. After updating the document meta tags and still failing to render, I’m convinced that this product misrepresented support for IE 7 & 8. I’d appreciate having an explanation of how to configure your product to support IE 7 & 8, as I’m sure others will as well.

Hello,

IE7 and IE8 doesn’t have HTML5 support. IE has HTML5 support from IE9 and up.

As long as you don’t use HTML5, the product works in all browsers, including IE7 and IE8. If you’ll use HTML5 (audio or video) it will work on IE9+

Regards

Yes, you’ve been saying that all along. But nowhere do you document how to tell your tool not to load as HTML5. This is what I and others have requested from you. Perhaps you overlook the first sentence above, “You’ve provided no explanation on how to switch over from HTML5 “mode”? Perhaps you should try it yourself to discover what your users are repeatedly saying? Or perhaps you product just simply doesn’t work as your claim implies? This might give you some insight: http://thenextweb.com/google/2013/04/01/possible-bug-causes-youtube-to-detect-ie10-on-windows-7-and-ie8-as-no-longer-supported/

Hello,

The carousels are built with jQuery and not with HTML5 so it will work on any browsers. For each image you can associate an image (the large version), a link, a YouTube video or a Vimeo video. It will work on any browsers, including IE7 & IE8.

If you want to associate to the large image a self-hosted video or self-hosted audio, the carousel will use the HTML5 video tag and the HTML5 audio tag. In this case, since IE7 and IE8 don’t have HTML5 support, it will not work to load the video/audio files in these 2 browsers. We used HTML5 video&audio tag to cover IOS and Android operating systems, because if we’ve used FLASH you’ll lose the compatibility for mobile devices.

If you want to cover IE7 & IE8, you should use YouTube or Vimeo files

Does this have the option for a horizontal scrollbar – to scroll / scrub though the images? Instead of the ‘dots’ navigation? And if not, how easy to implement? Thanks!

Hello,

It doesn’t have scroll / scrub navigation.

For navigation you have: next/prev arrows, bottom navigation and touch screen navigation which on a desktop you grab the image with the mouse and drag it

Hi. I’m using the carrousel feature with the charming skin. I can’t get to work the target ‘_self’ property in he js options, not even in adding it in the

  • of each link. Also, in the Help page that you made, it says ‘slef” instead of ‘self’. It’s confusing. How can I get ‘target’ to function correctly?
  • Hello,

‘Charming’ skin is for this product: http://codecanyon.net/item/jquery-banner-rotator-content-slider-carousel/1534434

    Which one are you using?

    Regards

I have added the carousel to my page, and have tested it, fo r the most part, it works great. However, in the Compatible Browsers section, you list IE7, IE8, ... and I can not get the video to funtion properly. I get an error in IE8 that states your browser does not support the video tag. How can I gat around this?

    Hello,

If you’ll use the HTML5 video player, it will not work on IE7 and IE8 because IE has HTML5 support from IE9 and up.

If you’ll use YouTube or Vimeo it will work on IE7 & IE8, too

    Regards
