When next update is expected ?

It looks like when purchasing an item the buyer has to select the person providing the item. Say company has Employee 1 and Employee 2. When buyer is buying an item buyer has to select whether he wants to buy from Employee 1 or Employee 2. But if you are selling as an individual rather than a company, can you remove that step of selecting employee because it’s always only the same one person?
This app is designed with services in mind. If you are interested in a marketplace for products, please check our other e-commerce apps that are designed for a specific lines of products (e.g. grocery, clothing, food).

How many apps do you have to download to run the a business. It looks like you have the following roles: owner, manager, seller, moderator, delivery, and master. Why so many roles Why don’t you simplify and merge roles into 2 roles: buyer and seller? Does each role require a different app?

There are different business models. Our app is designed with the vendors that have more than one employee in mind, which will require multiple roles responsible for different activities. Everyone can use the web admin panel if not keen to use the mobile apps.

Depends on your business model. There is a manager app, a POS app, and a delivery app for those who also sell and deliver products.
If every vendor/provider is a single person, how many apps will the seller/provider need?
They can do with one app (POS).
What’s the difference between masters, vendor and providers?

A master is a barber or whomever actually performs the task. A seller / vendor is a salon owner. A moderator is someone who assists a seller and can have the same functionality. A manager is someone who assists the marketplace owner and can have the same functionality.

Pre-sale question: I noticed that the web app is built with Nextjs and the admin web app is built with react. What was the reason for this decision? Why not build everything in Nextjs?

Our website is developed using Typescript. For admin, we don’t need SEO and other advanced features, so we used less resource intensive option such as Nextjs. Hope this helps.

How quickly we respond speed also depends on the number of requests we receive and the complexity of questions. If the question has to be reviewed by our tech team, it can take a few days for us to get back.

Yes, each vendor has an admin panel but also could use POS app to manage. It probably not going to work like Groupon, without significant customization.

At this point, the main difference is in the extended license allowing to set various paid subscription packages and commissions. In the future, we will be adding more bonus features that will come under the extended license.

Yes, various subscription fees are only available as part of an extended license.
I have no choice but to give up on using this application after considerable time testing it. While the development team responded and attempted to fix bugs, the core logic issues within the system remain unresolved and continue to impact usability.
In the comments, the developer promised an update by the end of March, but it’s now May and no updates have been released.
I understand that the 30-day refund window through ThemeForest has passed, but given the product’s failure to meet expectations and promised standards, I hope the development team will consider issuing a refund as a gesture of goodwill.

Please note that there are no critical bugs or errors in the app to our knowledge. If you come across any, please reach out to us via Telegram, we will be happy to fix those up for you and also include those in the update. The issues you raised via Telegram, if you are the same user who we think you are, are missing features, which we always take note of and keep adding through updates when there are requests from multiple users.
Our developers are highly skilled, thus highly paid and proceeds from the sales don’t even cover a fraction of our operating costs. Therefore, we prioritize customization requests from our clients to cover daily operating costs. When we have increased number of custom requests, our updates get pushed down. We always give tentative timelines but because they may get pushed when custom workload increases.
We are tentatively planning to release a light update in about two weeks or so. Please note there would be no major new features.
