The top priority like: tax while discount,pos ui, print, tax report etc. bugs remain unfixed despite 16 days since assignment, blocking core app functionality. New bugs like trial expiration bypass are compounding issues. Immediate prioritization required.

I spoke to you over a weak ago about the service charge calculations, i was informed it was fixed and will be in the update. this is a revenue bug and the fact you have not even released a minor update is crazy.

After closing the order and marking it as “payment made,” the customer’s name disappears from the dashboard. And the customer’s screen no longer shows their order history.

1. TAX Deduction calculation and in tax report when we apply Discount specially.
2. KOT dange range.
3. Duplicate Order no & KOT no. specially when use draft feature. 4. Print issues in window & mac 5. POS UI not as per Production ready UI its feel developed by any beginner.
Still they did connect via any remote mode, justing will send suggestion to team. What suggestion they dont know I think. Tax calculation logic ask AI they will tell you.

issue in casher roles example the cashier have permission to create order and update only….. if you have 2 quantity of tea he can make it 1 only and this not showing in report remove and i am make unchecked role delete and also if i give him permission delete not showing in report removed item from kot

hello i want to ask if i have items in menu like shisha for example but i want to disable it to show for delivery people is it available ? e.g i have shisha menu but we dont delivery shisha so the one who browse menu i dont want him to see shisha or order it
