Can the user create a chat and post it on their own website? If so, is this an additional paid module?

AI Model Support:

Both user-created and administrator-created custom chats support all AI models available in the system.

Embedding Custom Chats:

Currently, you cannot embed the custom chat directly on an external website. But you can create and train your own bot using files and links, and it can be used externally.

All features are included in the main product — no extra paid modules. Please note that the Chat & Chatbot modules are built in React.

Hi, technical support is only available to customers who have already purchased the product, so I don’t have access to it. I will ask my questions here:

1. What is the difference between the React version and the uncompiled source code?

2. What is the price for the uncompiled source code?

3. When do you plan to give the chat script access to internet search results?

4. Do you plan to add a graphics editing feature? By this I mean:

a) changing file extensions from and to: png, jpg, gif, webp, svg

b) scaling images without losing quality

c) uploading an image to the chat with a description of what needs to be edited.

5. Do you plan to add an option to block account creation from a given IP, country, and domain? a) Will it be possible to automatically delete accounts of users who have never logged in and those who have not logged in for a long time?

6. Does the script allow me to add missing untranslated words from the admin panel? I want every word/sentence to be translated into a given language.

7. I received information from OpenAI about the release of the latest version of GTP. Are you in the process of implementing this version?

8. The MagicAI script has a community that supports each other. Are you also planning to launch such a community?

9. The Davinci script plans to add a profitability summary for the packages created – this means making it easier to create price packages. Do you have this in your plans as well?

10. Can we currently count on your suggestion regarding package prices?

I currently have the Davinci script, but I am dissatisfied with it, as well as with the technical support, which is not helpful.

Difference between React version and uncompiled source code

If you plan to make any frontend customizations or modifications, you will need the React source code. The compiled version is intended for standard usage without customization.

Internet search access for the chat script

Currently, we do not have plans to add internet search result access to the chat script.

Graphics editing features

Currently, we do not have plans to add built-in graphics editing features, including format conversion, image scaling, or image editing via chat prompts.

Blocking account creation and managing inactive users

Blocking account creation by IP address, country, or domain is not currently part of our roadmap.

Automatic deletion of inactive users is technically possible, but it would require custom development.

Translation management from the admin panel

Text that is dynamically loaded from the database can not be translated. However, static system-level text that is not database-driven can be translated.

Implementation of newer OpenAI models

We do integrate newer models when appropriate, but updates are not released on a fixed or frequent schedule.

Community support platform

We do not currently have a community platform like MagicAI, but this is something we may consider in the future.

Profitability summary and package pricing tools

At this time, we do not offer a built-in profitability summary or pricing analysis feature for packages. This functionality is included in our future development roadmap.

does it use the Vue Js editable version

No, this does not use Vue JS code. It uses React.js Js which is a compiled version and only for chat and chatbot modules. But others built using JavaScript & jQuery.

Our default code base contains the compiled code for the chat and chatbot module, and for your uncompiled code have to purchase it separately from us directly with an extra amount.

Uncompiled code is not included in the default script purchase.

I saw an update for WhatsApp Marketing, but I checked the documentation and there’s no tutorial. Is there a tutorial for connecting to WhatsApp, or could you explain how to connect my WhatsApp to this AI bot? Are you still using third-party services like the Twilio WhatsApp API?

After creating a campaign, you can enable AI Reply to allow the system to respond automatically. Just add and train at least one material for that campaign. Once trained, the AI will respond to user messages based on your content. If AI Reply is turned off, the system will not send automated replies.

Regarding the API, we are not using Twilio or any third-party service. The integration uses the official WhatsApp Cloud API. If you have any other questions, feel free to open a support ticket. We’re always here to help—your satisfaction is our top priority.
