no sale on extended license ? - can we disable school front end site.. as many sites want to have more flexibility and may already have sites. can this added to subdomains like.. app.school.com and it goes into the login page direct. pls let me know your thoughts.

Extended License: Currently, there is no sale or discount on the Extended License. At the moment, the discount is available only on the Regular License.
Disable School Front-End Site: By default, this option is not included in the product. However, this is a small modification, and we provide customization services. We can disable the school’s public front-end website as per your requirement.
Custom Subdomain (app.school.com): Yes, you can use a custom subdomain like app.school.com. Once you create the subdomain from your hosting panel, you can configure it from the Super Admin settings, and it will open the login page directly.

eschool-saas-school-management-system-with-student-parents-teacher-flutter-app-laravel-admin is bad product. buyer can not register a new school with admin user and password. in school section buyer did not have action button for active , enable or disable any school . lot of problem their . installation guide line are not good enough for installation process. they are hide many thing from buyer. don’ t buy this other wise you are getting lot of issue money and time loss.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. It seems that some required server configurations may have been missed during your setup. For creating a new school, certain permissions are essential at the server/database level. Specifically, the system requires either root database credentials or a database user with CREATE and DROP DATABASE privileges.
Our product is a full SaaS-based system, and each school operates on its own isolated database. When a new school is created, the system performs several background tasks—such as creating the database, running migrations, inserting default data, and sending login credentials to the school admin.
These operations can take 2–3 minutes, so to provide a smooth user experience and avoid long loading screens, we use Laravel Queues to handle the process asynchronously. Even if you log out or close the browser, the queue worker continues running in the background, and the school will be created successfully.

Please Don’t change any laravel file and database because i install it number of time there is no problem. don’t change logo and other web text content. before i mention you two section for registration. Each Form section have two part . In Registration form 1 create school section entry field visible ok but 2nd Add Admin section not visible nothing. first name last name email, contact all entry field are not visible. inside the admin panel school registration page school registration form have also 2 parts . in first section create school visible but add admin form are not visible . 3rd problem is List school section . its have some action button but all button not visible only delete button visible. Again i attach 2 imge file where i red arrow mark for you understand it properly . i have question for you if code is exist in blade php file why not those field are not visible. i know laravel hot its work. you all other page works fine there is no problem only disable action button code that is not good. you think i am mad and your all team member are intelligent. i give you aapanel pass key again plz solve it proper way other wise i take action against your company . plz help me solve this proper way for all thing run well . now the new pass key >>>

Thank you for your interest in our product. In the demo teacher account, certain actions like adding or editing data are restricted. This is done to protect demo data and prevent unwanted changes. You can only view the existing data in the demo.
However, I am happy to explain the complete exam flow below.
Our system supports two types of exams: Offline Exam & Online Exam
Offline Exam
The School Admin creates the offline exam from the admin panel, class-wise.
After creating the exam, the Admin adds the exam timetable.
Once the timetable is added, students and parents get a notification and can view all exam details in their apps.
After the exam is completed, the Teacher enters marks for all students from the teacher panel.
Teachers can enter marks only after the exam date is completed.
Once teachers finish entering marks, the School Admin publishes the results.
After publishing, students and parents can view the result in their apps and also receive a notification.
Online Exam
The School Admin creates the online exam from the admin panel.
Inside the online exam, the admin adds the questions and marks.
Students can see the online exam in their app.
For each online exam, the system automatically generates an Exam Code.
The admin/teacher shares this code with students.
Students enter the code and attend the exam directly from the app.
Once the student submits the exam, the result is generated automatically and displayed immediately.

Thank you for your question. At the moment, a single school cannot manage multiple branches under one school profile.
However, you can easily manage this by using the Super Admin Panel. From the Super Admin, you can create multiple schools for example, if you have 1 main school with 3 branches, you can create 3 separate schools (one for each branch).
This way, you can manage all three branches separately but under the same system.

Hello, you script is good, but its missing one thing to make it better, you need to implement student pocket money feature, to enable parents and school admin to top up money to students accounts, school admin can suspend or freeze the account, students can withdraw or pay money to school for purchases on school shop

No, you can’t use shared hosting to start with, because multi-tenancy features like database management, wildcard subdomains, and real-time chat are only supported on VPS or dedicated servers. It’s mandatory to use a VPS server for proper functionality.

Please prioritize adding the Online Class Module in your next update, as many schools are now shifting to a mix of online and face-to-face classes. The Online Module in your non-SaaS eSchool version already works well, but it would be great if the schedule also included an option to add a Room Number or Room Name for face-to-face classes. Kindly consider integrating this feature into the SaaS version.

It would be a great update if transport module has, parents and school admins can track vehicles on maps where is bus/student. also driver when reached school turns off the trip and the notification for parents and admins. This will increase the option to sell this script to schools more easily. Consider this and update this to the dev team.

Thank you for your valuable suggestion! Currently, our transport module shows vehicle stop details through the timeline feature. In the upcoming update, we are planning to add live map tracking so that parents and school admins can track the vehicle in map.
Additionally, we will include a feature where the driver can start or end the trip, and when this happens, both parents and admins will receive notifications (for example, when the trip starts or ends).

Gonna give this another shot with hopes of there being better instruction around creating & customizing the landing page for the main school. Will then look to use hopefully updated instructions to test multi-tenancy by creating a separate database for each of my schools on my Plesk VPS.What I don’t know is if each school will have a separate landing page & login or will students log in through the main school. I’m assuming the purpose of the separate database is to house data for each school. So if students have to register through the main school site then they’ll have the option of joining either of the schools in the network. I finally have my MS Teams issue resolved and can meet online if possible. Appreciate the continued efforts!

Regarding your query about multi-tenancy: you don’t need to manually create a separate database for each school. When a new school is created from the admin panel, the system automatically generates a dedicated database for that school.
Each school will have its own unique URL, admin dashboard, and login page. This ensures complete separation of data and management between schools.
Currently, only students and parents can log in from the app. The system is designed so that each school functions independently with its own login credentials and database.
