I could not see the option to pay online or through a wallet while testing the app. Also, the UI for selecting pick-up and drop-off via location pin is difficult to navigate.
In the rider app, users can make payments either by cash or online, and both methods are working perfectly on our end.
Regarding the selection of pick-up and drop-off locations, users can easily choose the correct locations directly on the map — this feature is already available in our app.

1) How admin can setup Commission [I cannot find any option in admin panel], where is Commission and earnings management for admin?
2) Also as soon as customer pays for the ride will it go to the companies bank account or drivers bank account [net after commissions]?
1) Please check the Admin Panel under Platform Setup → Vehicle Type → Edit → Admin Commission field.
2) The commission amount is transferred to the Company/Admin bank account.

Hi, First of all, great job on developing the application — I really appreciate the effort and attention to detail that’s gone into it. The demo app looks impressive, and I noticed it includes a banner for coupons. I wanted to ask how to add a coupon during the booking process and how to set up customized coupons for different riders — for example, offering a 20% discount or a “first ride free” option. Also, I’d like to suggest adding a referral bonus feature for both riders and drivers. Keep up the great work!

Thanks a lot! Please consider adding an SOS button and a Location Sharing option to the rider app, as these are mandatory features according to Indian bike taxi app compliance requirements.
Additionally, as per the Indian government’s regulations, insurance coverage is now mandatory. It would be great to include an Insurance section in both the driver and rider apps — for example, displaying text such as “In case of an accident, you are covered up to ₹5 Lakh” along with a note stating “Insurance is applicable only during the ride.”
You could also consider adding an Incentive section in the driver app — for instance, “If a driver completes more than 10 rides in a day, they receive a ₹200 incentive.”
Lastly, please integrate Indian payment gateways (such as Razorpay, Paytm, or PhonePe) to make transactions smoother and compliant with local requirements.

Regarding the SOS button and location sharing feature — we already have plans to include these in future updates of the Rider app.
As for the Insurance section, Incentive features, and Payment gateways, they are not currently in our development pipeline. The Rideon app has been developed with an international focus, making it flexible and adaptable for use in different regions and by various clients worldwide.

When will you add multilingual, and add a section where I can set the price that drivers must recharge to start a ride, define each fare and divide it for each country, a map to assign drivers to a specific country, and also a coverage zone that we can manage for the drivers? Thank you very much

anyone face this issue like, my firebase working fine once sign up its add account even keep they base domain name its create account they admin panel but issue is, when i change it to my base domain its stop work, firebase keep add users but app says “token regeneration failed!” i keep reach them but they keep late it, i have to so anyone assist me to fixed it via remote i give him tips, i know they say contact whatsapp but they not serious to fix.........nadimkashemyahi54@gmail.com

Hi, I am having multiple errors and bugs even after the update, after the update even the fresh installation fails in db migration, if i message in whatsapp for support there is no proper response it takes atleast 2-3 days to get a response.
