Issue in Fees Pay / Invoice Module – Data Not Showing for One Branch
After distributing the fees through Fees Allocation, when I go to Fees Pay / Invoice, I don’t find any students listed.
It shows “No data available in table.”
Even though I can see the students under Due Fees Invoice, there are no records appearing under Fees Pay / Invoice.
This issue occurs in one branch only, while in another branch, the same problem does not occur.

Some questions:
1. This is multi-brach School? But I checked your demo, there is no Branch control from each school admin to manage their school branch. Also from the SaaS there is no package limit for number of branch per-package.
2. The school offline payment type, is this for student admission as well? or only for tuition fee, etc?

How to generate a certificate for online exam and will this be visible public frontend website of the the frontend.
Online exam certificates are not available from the public front-end at this time.
However, you can view the results from the student or parent portal.

1. When a promotion is done, the lasted academic session reports/scores are gone, why? 2. For checking of results frontend. only academic session is active, no exam term, which should always be constant when set by admin, so the only thing changing is the academic session, why is that? rectify

Still, here’s the issue we have on the Ramom v7 currently, We’re having issues migrating the data from version 6.0 to this version 7.0.
Any help would be appreciated. Most information didn’t show particularly the student’s data. When we checked the DB and tried twerking it showed at the dashboard but the students details per school only shows loading for hours. Now the dashboard reflects the number but it’s more than the actual of students while the students details keeps showing loading without populating the students per school. Loading takes hours.

Ok… Great..but my question was how the Admin or Permissible user can take the rest due amount. Asking for Admin or who has that permission…. Not Super Admin…
GPA in the Certificate should be dynamic. All students’ GPAs should not be the same, and it is also not possible to edit each certificate that has been generated.
I reported earlier for the same, but no solution yet.
Hopefully, you will resolve the issue in the coming update.
Also, when is the upcoming release date? I am not able to utilize the system yet.

Mind you, example of my subdomain: excelacademy.schoolportals.com but the custom domain from Ramom is schoolportals.com/excelacademy but what I want is that when I call on excelacademy.schoolportals.com it opens schoolportals.com/excelacademy

After carefully checking your demo I notice the following should be put into consideration 1. Every School should have default homepage they can now edit it to their likeness. This will ease the setup of frontend and look beautiful to the parent and also ease the stress of super admin on the front end. 2. Phycomotive domain should be included into the report card. This will make the report card more comprehensive and appealing to parents 3. Teacher and principal comment should be under comment bank for both normal report card and Cumulative report card. This will seriously ease the work of the school and the fact that Cumulative report card does not have save comment 4. Online Exam should be link with report card, so report card can be printed for online exam also Kindly message me if this thing are included so I can make my payment immediately
