Hi! Great module!

Could you add these features?

1) On “Reminders” add the ability to sent reminders based on Support Tickets status and date. e.g a) sent mail to ticket assigned staff if ticket is not responded on X days, b) sent mail to customer (who opened the ticket) if the ticket is in status answered for more than X days, etc

2) On “Reminders” add the ability to send mail to task assignee if the task is NOT status Complete and is “inactive” for X days. (the request is to add the ‘Inactive’ field date field.

Just to confirm, you want an email send icon/button added to the supplier list for quick emailing, right?

This is possible. You can add a mail send button to any list you want. It’s a simple task. There are already examples of this on customer, project, invoice lists.

You can ask the developer of your supplier module to add this feature, or I can do it for you.

You can install the module by uploading the downloaded folder (email_template_manage) via the Modules section in your Perfex CRM admin panel.

Thanks for your message. The e-Invoice module shown in the demo is specific to TÜRKİYE and not included in the Codecanyon version.

Hello, this module seems what I need, i have many customers registering, but many of them do not verify email, so basically fake customers, can I configure automated email sequence to customers who have verifyed their email? I want to send them marketing emails and start date is their confirmation date +7 days and then +14 days and +21 days, so they get my promotional newsletters on autopilot, it will help me a lot to automate my marketing.

Yes, the default SMTP settings from Perfex CRM can be used. It’s not necessary to define a new SMTP in my module.

I haven’t started development yet, but I’ve added it to my task list. I have a few other projects to finish first, then I will start working on your request.

did you add related dates? so it is not specified to a date, but relative to it, like Send to new lead instantly, +3 hours, +6 hours, +1 day, so i can make email drip campaign to a specific lead group.

I tried sending a template via a Lead, and the email was delivered successfully. Could you please explain the scenario you tested via email? I’d like to test it the same way.

In trigger for project status changes I can set to email customers contacts, can you ad an option to do the same for tasks?

Emails sent via SMTP are stored in the Perfex database. Likewise, emails retrieved via IMAP are also saved in the database. The module does not connect in real time; it checks for new messages via IMAP each time the cron job runs.

Okay, so it’s going to copy the whole email server into the PERFEX database- is that right?

Not exactly. The module will fetch only the emails from the INBOX via IMAP, and store them in the Perfex database. It doesn’t import all folders or the entire mailbox — just the messages from the inbox (and only when the cron runs).

Thank you for the response, any ETA for the outlook IMAP.

Although I set up the SMTP and IMAP correctly, emails do not load on the Inbox window, also triggers do not work.

Could you please send a screenshot of the trigger settings that you mentioned are not working?

Also, if possible, please try setting up the SMTP and IMAP details—which you said are not working—on my demo site to test them directly. Alternatively, you can email them to me as well, and I will check.

After updating to the latest version of your module, IMAP works, but unfortunately, it loads all the emails, since the creation of the mailbox. Although, I set it to load only messages from the last 7 days. Also, Refresh button on the inbox doesn’t seem to work. It is better sometimes to take some more time to check the module extensively before launching the update.

How to use OAuth ?

If you want to connect via OAuth for services like Gmail or Outlook, the module currently works with username/password login. OAuth integration has not been added yet.

Any plan for add OAuth integration ?

Yes, I do have plans to add OAuth integration. I’ve even made a few attempts already, but haven’t been able to complete it yet. Whenever I find the time, I keep checking and trying to make it work.

Hi there, great module. Please consider adding a delay by _ days option to the trigger. We could create an email journey. For example, with a _ days delay, emails by a few days after a lead, task, or invoice is in a certain status, like lead status _ created or task status _ created. thank you

There are three problams.

1. I can’t send email to use SMTP. 2. In spite of I can’t sent email, the log said “success” status. 3. In spite of user can’t open email, log said “opened”.

Is this bugs? or setting problems?

In Perfex CRM, if the email queue system is enabled, sending emails can take some time because they are processed in the background. However, the system can log the operation as “successful” early if the SMTP settings are correct and the recipient’s email address is valid.

Regarding the third point, the email status is marked as “opened” the first time the email is opened by any recipient, including those in CC or BCC fields. Therefore, even if the main recipient hasn’t opened the email, it may show as opened if another recipient has viewed it.

When I send from an email address I have added In SmtpSetting, it is not received after hours. doesn’t exist in trashbox ,too.

Also, it should be sending to a non-existent email address (test@test.com), but it shows as successful. you can see your demo site.

Also, emails to myself that I have not set up cc or bcc and have not opened are showing up as opened.

Go to Settings > Email in Perfex CRM and check whether the “Email Queue” option is enabled or disabled. Set it to Disabled and try again.

Also, test@test.com is a valid email address. The email will be sent from your server.

Does your module work only with the core Perfex CRM templates, or can it also be used to create email templates for other installed modules?

For example, I have the HR Records and Recruitment modules from GreenTech_Solutions installed on top of Perfex CRM. Will I be able to create new email templates for these modules as well?

In short, does your module allow creating email templates for any module installed on top of Perfex CRM?

In my module, you can freely create your own email templates. It does not use the default templates of Perfex CRM. You will need to define completely new templates according to your needs.

Hello, this is the best module I have ever bought for perfex, it is what exactly I wanted. I have a problem that is maybe a bug of the system, I have created some reminders for my clients, and have a relation with contracts, also I have selected all the contract types, the module is sending the reminder correctly, but it is sending 3 times the same email for each situation, is there any mistake I made or is it a bug?

First, I want to say that I’m really impressed with the Email Template Manager Module for Perfex CRM — it’s exactly what I was looking for, and it works great!

I did notice a small issue I hope you can help with. When I use emojis or icons like in a template, they appear correctly while editing the template. But when I apply the template to an email, the icons disappear and are replaced with a ”?” symbol instead.

For example, in my template I have:

Book a 30-minute call – Let’s chat and walk through your goals together.

After applying the template, the icons show up as ”?” in the email content.

Is this a known issue or possibly a character encoding problem on my end? I’d appreciate any guidance you can provide.
