Hey, I checked the SMTP settings as you mentioned — everything there looks correct.
However, when I tested sending, I found this error in the log:
[2025-10-21 16:51:20] production.ERROR: Call to a member function getConfig() on null at /modules/Emailwpbox/Http/Controllers/Main.php:61
It looks like the app is trying to call getConfig() on a null object, so it’s not actually getting the mail configuration before sending. That’s probably why the email isn’t going out.
Also, I already checked the timezone and reminder settings. The timezone is correct, and for testing, I created a reminder 24 hours before an event that’s happening tomorrow (about an hour from now), but still no message was sent — no campaign or reminder email triggered.
Could you please take a look at that getConfig() issue in Main.php? It seems that’s where it’s failing.

Hey, I tried with the new module you sent and used the same SMTP configuration that’s already working fine on another app, but it’s still failing here.
In the logs, I’m still getting the same error:

When I try to send an email, it freezes on “sending” and doesn’t go through. It seems like whatever object is supposed to return the SMTP configuration is coming back as null, so getConfig() fails.
Could you please check that part of the code in the module? It looks like the app isn’t loading the mail configuration instance before trying to send.
Also — what about the reminder module? I’ve already tested reminders with the correct timezone and timing (set one 24 hours before an event that’s about an hour away), but it still hasn’t sent anything. Should that be working already, or is it connected to this same issue?
and another thing , I’m getting this error when adding a reservation:
foreach() argument must be of type array|object, null given in Modules\Reminders\Models\Remineder.php line 125
From what I can see, it’s happening because $campaign->variables_match is null or empty in the database. When the system tries to loop through it after decoding, it crashes.
It looks like the campaign record doesn’t have valid JSON in the variables_match field, or that field isn’t being initialized properly when the campaign is created.
Could you please check why variables_match is coming back null for some campaigns (in my case, campaign ID 32)? Maybe it needs a default value like [] or some validation before the loop runs.

- All acccess pass inclued the pro version only – lite – is free
- WooCommerce and Shopify plugins are just plugins for the platform. They fetch users orders based on emai. There is no automated notifications. You can build this with the Campaigns API
- Simple Zappier / N8N / Make integration can do the automatic order notification via the Camaping APIs that we have
- HTTP POST – This can be done in the Flow
- Can every user (in a multi-tenant environment) configure their own webhook endpoints and select which events to subscribe to – It i only one webhook. The received data webhook.
- If custom plugins are allowed – Yes, you can add your own plugin. At the moment, there is no technical documentation, but looking at the existing plugins code, shoul give you an info on how it is done.

I did a few tests, managed to make template sending work. Replied on the ticket.
After the recent update all the chats are messed up as i can see all my chats are 100+ but after 1-2 pages it shows there are no chats and now its divided into open, new closed etc but many of my chats are not visible

This update has been released for some time now. Can you see if there is some error log in the console.
I purchased this script hoping it would work as described, but my experience has been very disappointing. The product is full of bugs, and despite raising a support ticket more than 15 days ago, the author has not bothered to respond or provide any meaningful solution.
If you’re considering buying this — be aware that the after-sales support is almost non-existent, and you’ll spend more time fixing issues than actually using the product. Very unprofessional attitude and zero accountability.
Codecanyon really needs to review such sellers who take buyers’ money and then completely ignore them. I wouldn’t recommend this script unless the author seriously improves their support and fixes the existing bugs.
For update, Glad to hear that you have resolved the issue. But the solution I suggested should have worked. At the end, what was the reason, so I’m aware of it?
I think this is the only reason why most of the customers who purchased have similar complaints that no response on time.
This makes us feel like you do not care about the people who paid you for this bug full of script, every 2-3 months there is a bug and we need to wait 1 month for your reply or your solution.
Getting tired of this man seriously why would you keep customers suffer like this and not even reply on time.
