Not really. Because it doesn’t provide vector db concept properly. Like upload file and read, create chunks and reply based on specific instructions etc…

All available add-ons are for Whatsmark saas only and yes you will require open ai key. AI bot require this add-on

Can you please copy completely the AI feature of BotSailor? for your reference.. AI should auto response when the sender message has no triggered chatbot keyword.

I understand, but there should be a function for when the customer wants human support, some keyword that would transfer them.

you can enable or disable ai response buy trigger keyword. it is already added in the add-on. you can handle ai responses using those keywords.

I think you are asking about canned reply. This feature is already available in our base script.

Is it possible to use a single WhatsApp number to serve multiple organizations (tenants), where the AI assistant can respond on behalf of each one based on the user’s request or intent?
This would help me support smaller businesses that don’t have their own number.

Hello, every tenants have their own number that can’t share to other tenant. So each tenant will have to connect their number in account individually. Similar way AI key will be individual for all tenants.

What I’m asking is not tenants sharing the same number from the backend.
Instead, I want to use one WhatsApp number (owned by me) to serve end users who message about different organizations. The assistant addon would detect which business they are referring to, then reply based on that organization’s data (FAQs, info, etc.).
Maybe a next feature in the next update?
This would allow small organizations without their own number to still be supported by my assistant.
