Hello! I would like to suggest adding the ability to display the product SKU (item code) directly on the product page in future updates. This is a very important and useful feature, because customers often call to ask questions about specific products but cannot provide the SKU — it is not currently visible on the product page. If the SKU were displayed, the operator could quickly locate the correct product in the system and assist the customer more efficiently. I would appreciate it if you could consider implementing this feature in one of the upcoming updates.

Thanks for the 4.0 update! It’s great that we can now disable the Express Delivery feature. Please release an update soon with a partial payment system to help prevent fake orders in Bangladesh. Customers could confirm their orders by paying a small amount like 100–200 BDT or just the delivery charge, and pay the rest to the delivery man upon delivery.

Also, please add a free delivery coupon feature. These are essential features for Bangladeshi stores, so it would be great if you could roll out the update as soon as possible

Hello! I would like to suggest implementing a very useful feature. When a user selects a product variation (for example: size, color, etc.) and decides to share the product link with those selected options — the person who opens the link should see the same selected variations already chosen. This would make sharing and viewing products much more convenient for users.

Hello! I would like to note that this feature is technically feasible and quite simple to implement. It can be done by using the variant ID in the product link, for example:

/product/foxeer-antenna?variant_id=48291

This approach is clear, fast, and avoids any confusion with option names. When the link is opened, the system just reads the variant_id from the query parameter and automatically applies the corresponding variant on the product page.

This method can be easily integrated into the Vue frontend and the existing site architecture.

This is an excellent E-commerce script, however we would like to have where we can show multiple currencies, and have the customer be able to switch to their country and currency on the basis where we are dealing with multiple Caribbean countries who will have different rates based on their currency and exchange rates .

We understand the importance of multi-currency support, especially for businesses operating across multiple Caribbean countries. Currently, our script doesn’t have a built-in multi-currency switcher, but we will analyze the feasibility of adding this feature in a future update. This would allow customers to select their country and see prices in their local currency with the correct exchange rates.

in the POS module can you add the feature to place ongoing OS orders on hld, sometimes the customer has to go do something prior to finalizing the POS sales, and other customers may need to be dealt with, Placing orders on hold and retrieving them would help in this regard, similar to a regular POS system

1. Simplify the order process (only name, address, and phone number). 2. Add a Landing Page feature. 3. Enable multiple theme options. 4. Allow more products to be displayed on the homepage. 5. Provide an option to collect delivery charges in advance during checkout. 6. Introduce Guest Order support, so customers can place orders without an account. 7. Add modern homepage extensions and widgets.

Finally, more frequent updates will not only improve user satisfaction but also boost your sales.

Hi, It’s been a year! No update… My suggestion is to keep updating. Many people check the update frequency before purchasing a script. I hope you understand the necessity of regular updates.

I have a feature request. Could you please add the option to collect partial payment while placing an order? For example, if someone needs to purchase a 100 TK product, they can pay 20 TK upfront and the rest upon delivery (COD).

I wanted to check if there are any upcoming updates planned for the system. It looks like there haven’t been new features released in the last year.

One important feature we really need is the ability to manage lot numbers and serial numbers for products, especially for items that come with warranties. This would let us:

Track each product by lot or serial number,

Record manufacture/expiry dates,

Validate warranty periods at the time of sale or return, and

Improve traceability for returns and RMAs.

Can you let me know if you have plans to add this functionality, or if it’s possible to include it in future updates?

Hello. For several months in a row, you have been blatantly deceiving people, repeating the same phrase over and over again: “We will make every effort to release an update within this month.” How long will you keep feeding users with empty promises?

I personally purchased your product, trusting your words about regular updates and support. In the end, I realized that I was wrong to believe those promises. If the project is no longer supported, then just say it honestly so that people don’t wait in vain.

Yes this is right that from a long time this item is not getting proper update cause we are are re-construct for the entire system and it’s taking time. But there haven’t any reported bugs for running the item as others a lot people are running their business with this same item. Are you facing any specific issues for your projection?

The issue here is not about bugs, it’s about project updates. This project still has a lot of features that are not yet implemented!

Your main project is being updated regularly — but is it really because of “bugs,” or simply because that project generates much higher profits for you? I am sure it’s not about bugs. It’s because many people purchased it and it brings you much more revenue.

If this project generates less profit for you, I don’t think that should be our problem, because we bought it trusting your promises and with the hope that the project would become much better in the future. And you know very well that a lot of important things are still not implemented here.
