The app is working very well overall, but I’ve noticed one important issue. When drivers complete a trip and the customer pays the full amount, the driver’s earnings already show the commission deducted however, there’s no system showing how much commission the driver owes to the platform or a way for the driver to make the payment.
This feature is very important for the business, as it ensures proper revenue collection. I also suggest adding a threshold feature meaning that if a driver’s outstanding balance exceeds a certain limit, they should not be able to receive new orders until the balance is cleared.
Thank you for your feedback. Currently, drivers can see how much commission they have paid in the ride history. We are working on enhancing this feature to display the commission directly in the driver’s wallet area for easier tracking. This will be included in our next updates.

Hello, thank you for this application. One important remark: it should be mandatory for drivers to have a minimum balance in their account to start a ride, and they should also be given the option to top up their account through payment gateways. I hope this will be added quickly, thank you
