Hello, about the LTC, DOGE, USDT, TRX, BTC & ETH wallets: Is that cryptocurrency actually stored in the user’s wallet on the website. Can you explain in detail how these wallets actually work? Is this actually a Web3 wallet with its own address? Can I send cryptocurrency directly from my MetaMask wallet to the wallet system on the website without any other third party like Paypal or Stripe. And also, what can you actually do on the website with those custom tokens you create in admin panel? And can you send those custom tokens directly to your MetaMask wallet? Lastly, if you make a token on TRX mainnet does this token have any initial value… Meaning can you redeem this token for real money? Thanks
Hello, about the LTC, DOGE, USDT, TRX, BTC & ETH wallets: Is that cryptocurrency actually stored in the user’s wallet on the website. Can you explain in detail how these wallets actually work? Is this actually a Web3 wallet with its own address?
These cryptocurrencies are stored directly on the blockchain. Our website provides a visual representation of your blockchain holdings for these currencies. The system allows users to send and receive cryptocurrencies through the blockchain using Tatum.io as the provider. Each transaction is processed using the currency’s blockchain address, and once completed, the updated balance is reflected in the system.
Can I send cryptocurrency directly from my MetaMask wallet to the wallet system on the website without any other third party like Paypal or Stripe.
Yes, you will be able to send crypto currency directly to our system as our system use the real blockchain address. For this reason you will not require any third party like PayPal or Stripe.
And also, what can you actually do on the website with those custom tokens you create in admin panel?
The token exists on the blockchain and can be viewed by anyone using a block explorer. You can transfer it between wallets that support the TRON network. You can build your own dApps or platforms (like exchanges, reward systems, membership access) that use your token as a utility. On its own, it doesn’t automatically appear in exchanges, you need to create use cases or list it on a marketplace.
And can you send those custom tokens directly to your MetaMask wallet?
Yes, you can send the custom tokens directly to your wallet (e.g., MetaMask), as long as the wallet supports the network you deployed on. Our token is TRC-20 tokens (TRON), you’ll need to use a wallet that supports TRON.
Lastly, if you make a token on TRX mainnet does this token have any initial value… Meaning can you redeem this token for real money? Thanks
No, creating a token doesn’t automatically give it real-world value. The value only comes if people are willing to trade or use it. To make it redeemable for money, you’d need to:
1. List it on an exchange (DEX like JustSwap or CEX if they accept it).
2. Provide liquidity (pair it with TRX, USDT, etc.) so people can buy and sell.
3. Create demand for it by building utility (games, rewards, staking, community adoption).
Thank you.

Yes, it has, and here is the link – WalletPay – PayMoney Multi Wallet Mobile App
Thank you.
Pre-purschase question how does it generate wallet address for each user wallets and how do we access the API if it’s a paid one?
We offer two types of currencies in the system: Fiat and Crypto.
Fiat Currency – Regular, non-crypto currency managed manually.
Crypto Currency – This has two modes:
Manual Mode: Works similarly to fiat currency. Transactions are handled manually by the admin.
Automated Mode (via Tatum.io): The system automatically creates a unique wallet address. Both Admin and Users can send and receive cryptocurrency directly using these automatically generated wallet addresses.

Suggestion for the PayMoney Mobile App Hello PayMoney community,
I’d like to share an important suggestion regarding a feature I believe is crucial for the security of mobile app users.
I’ve noticed that on the platform’s web version, there’s a fundamental security step that shows the recipient’s name before confirming a transaction. This simple action allows us to verify that the money is being sent to the correct person, which prevents errors and potential scams.
However, this same confirmation does not seem to be present or as visible in the mobile app before making a payment. This difference between the web and app versions represents a potential risk, as users might make a transfer and only realize afterward that the recipient was not the one they were expecting.
I believe adding this layer of security to the mobile app would be a significant improvement. It would not only strengthen user confidence but also protect the community from complicated situations. I believe a small optimization like this could make a huge difference.
I am very interested in purchasing the program and am waiting for this functionality to be implemented in the app before I can make the purchase. Thank you!
What I mean is that any feature already available on the web version should be included in the app, and they shouldn’t charge for customization. I’ve realized there are probably many other things available on the web that aren’t on the app. So, they’re asking me to pay to integrate something that’s already on the web version.
I haven’t bought the project yet, but I see they’re asking me to pay for features that should already be available.
For everyone to understand, on the web, when user A is going to send money to user B, at the second confirmation step, it shows the full name of the recipient (Beneficiary). In the app, it shows nothing. After the transfer is completed, you have to go to the transaction history to check the receipt. In the end, user A will realize they transferred the money to another user.
Thank you for your concern. We will take this into consideration for future updates of the mobile app.
Please note that the mobile app has limited features compared to the web version. Some features, such as Donations, Crypto Exchange, Investments, and Virtual Cards, are not part of the core script. These are available as on-demand add-ons and must be purchased separately. They are not included with the core PayMoney script, either for the web or the mobile app.
We recommend reviewing the details carefully before making a purchase.
Thank you.
I’m trying to explain to support that during the money transfer process, the beneficiary’s name should be displayed to verify that the money is being sent to the correct person. This feature is available on the web version and is easy to integrate into the app.
However, the support representative responded that it’s the user’s responsibility to know who they are sending money to and that this customization would cost $75 USD.
To this, I replied that if user A is buying something from user B on Facebook Marketplace, how can the buyer know that the ID or email provided belongs to the account owner? The buyer would only realize they transferred money to the wrong person after the transaction is complete, which could lead to legal problems. The support representative doesn’t seem to understand this.
It would be better for them to simply say, ‘We will integrate it; give us a day.’ That approach would help them gain another software customer. As the saying goes, sometimes you gain more by losing.”
We understand your concern. However, we do not consider this a security issue, as it is the sender’s responsibility to verify the recipient before sending funds. The sender must collect the recipient’s email manually—it is not a public system where anyone can randomly pick an email and send money. Typically, the sender already knows the recipient personally or has verified their details beforehand. If someone sends money without confirming the recipient’s information, that would be the user’s mistake, and the system would treat it as a new user account.
Please note that not all web features are available in the mobile app. The app comes with limited core functionalities, and additional features require customization. In this case, the support team member shared the cost for adding this feature as a customization.
We avoid making false commitments such as “we will deliver it in a day” unless we are sure it can be completed within that timeline. That is why we clarified that this feature will be considered for future updates, and if you need it urgently, it can be added through customization.
Thank you.
What happens is that you are only considering in-person P2P commerce, where even if you can scan an account via a QR code, the account of the person in front of you doesn’t necessarily have to have the same name.
You are not considering online commerce, which is much more common. You are also not considering the script-based scam that anyone can fall victim to.
For anyone who buys this program, this is a security breach, as they will have more scam cases to intervene in.
Everything is solved simply by trading with the account that belongs to the person who owns it.
Now, tell me what tool any user has to confirm that the email they were provided belongs to the account owner. Tell me what tool exists and can be used anywhere in the world.
Thanks for your suggestions and concern. We will review and add if possible in the future.
There are no online tools to verify, but the sender or users who will send funds to other persons should verify that they are sending funds to the right person.
Thank you.
Hello,
I have a request regarding the payment gateways in PayMoney script. Currently, in the “Request Money / Payment Link” option, payments are limited to a few gateways (PayPal, Stripe, and PayMoney’s own).
What we really need is:
1. Crypto Payments Support – When a payment request link is generated, users should also be able to pay with crypto (like USDT, BTC, ETH, etc.). For this, every user should have a unique crypto wallet address generated inside the system (similar to Binance or other wallets).
2. Integration inside PayMoney Gateway Section – In the main payment gateways area, crypto should also be available, just like fiat gateways. Users should be able to deposit and withdraw crypto directly from their PayMoney wallets.
3. Auto Deposit & Withdrawal – For fiat gateways (like PayPal, Stripe, etc.) and for crypto, there should be automatic deposit and withdrawal functionality, not only manual.
This will make PayMoney much more powerful, because at the moment it is only supporting traditional gateways. But nowadays, most users also require crypto support with address generation and automatic processing.
Can you please confirm:
Is this feature available right now?
If not, do you plan to add it in future updates?
Or can you provide it as a paid addon?
Thanks, looking forward to your clarification.
Thank you for your valuable suggestion. At present, these features are not included in our script, and we do not have plans to implement them in the near future.
However, we would be glad to offer them as part of a custom development service should you wish to proceed.

To ensure that administrator fees are automatically deducted and thus prevent debt, the best practice is to integrate this logic directly into the transaction flow. Here’s how this can be configured:
On the sender’s side: Most platforms process transactions this way. When the user or agent makes the transfer, the system calculates the fee and deducts it from the total amount before sending the money. For example, if the user wants to send 100 and the fee is 2, the system will debit 102 from their account and the recipient will receive 100.
On the recipient’s side: While less common, some systems allow the fee to be deducted from the amount the recipient receives. In this case, if the sender sends 100 and the fee is 2, the recipient will only receive 98. The fee is automatically deducted at the time of the deposit.
For this to work effectively in your system and prevent debt, the configuration must be a fixed and immutable rule. The platform must be programmed so that, when processing any transfer, the fee is automatically deducted without exception, whether from the sender or the recipient, according to the policy you decide to implement.
Which of these two ways does PayMoney behave?
In PayMoney, the transaction fee is generally borne by the sender.
The Admin defines transaction fees for each specific transaction type (Deposit, Withdraw, Transfer, Request Payment, and Exchange) on a per-currency basis.
Two types of charges can be applied:
- Percentage fee – a percentage of the transaction amount.
- Fixed fee – a flat charge added to the transaction.
Example: If a user sends 100, and the fee is set as 2% percentage charge plus a fixed charge of 3, the calculation will be:
- Percentage fee = 2% of 100 = 2*
- Fixed fee = *3
- Total fee = 2 + 3 = 5
The sender will pay 105 in total, where 100 will be credited to the recipient’s wallet, and 5* will be deducted as the transaction fee.
For certain cases like *merchant payments, there is an additional configuration where the fees can be assigned either to the payer (sender) or the receiver. Based on this setting, the respective party will bear the transaction fees.
Thank you.
The setting for the receiver to pay the commission is also available to the agent?
It depends on the Agent packages that they hold. Admin can create packages and assign them to an Agents with a commission amount that any agent will receive during any transaction.
Please open a support ticket at – Support Portal for more information. Our support team will assist you.
Thank you.
Can agent packages be assigned with a membership?
No, Agent packages are not assigned with a membership because it’s directly assigned by the site Admin, which means the site owner deals with the agent and creates an agent account from the admin backend. After that, Agent will be able to log in to their portal.
Thank you.
With the normal license, the software shows the PayMoney watermark to users and the administration.

Can you guys please take the time to answer your own demo’s PAYMONEY homepage frequent questions, who better than the developer to provide important answers. It most likely should take you guys the same time as the time you wasted mentioning that jibberwich you used. Please can you include that for next update, thanks.
New users simply dont have the time nor have a clear cut understanding of the software is suppose to work as, right away.
Thank you for your feedback. The FAQ section on the demo site only contains demo data, so the text does not hold any real meaning—especially in the descriptions. Once the script is purchased, buyers can easily update and customize the FAQ content to reflect their own business needs. We will, however, take your suggestion into account for future updates.
