According to the Govt. rules, GST price varies based on the price of room like

Hotel Room Booking GST Slab

Room tariff < ₹1,000 per day → No GST (0%)

Room tariff ₹1,001 – ₹7,500 per day → 12% GST

Room tariff > ₹7,500 per day → 18% GST

So how to manage this?

Thank you for your comment. Unfortunately, our system does not currently support fully customizable VAT/TAX structures based on thresholds. Instead, it is designed to work with a unified single VAT/TAX system that is applied on the total value.

I like it but I have following questions before I buy.

1. I can’t see any role based permission settings, Do you have role based permission where we can set different role based permission, we can increase decrease the permission from admin?

2. When I place the order from POS, I didn’t select the customer name because I selected the type Walk In customer but it is still asking customer name before placing order which means it doesn’t allow to place order outside customer, it is only for check in customers, am I right?

3. In Booking list, check in / checkout list, I tried all the ways to search , search isn’t working.

4. If any checkin customer eats in restaurant and doesn’t pay pay, it happens in hotel, they pay all the bills at the time of checkout, so how to link the restaurant bill to hotel bill so it show restaurant bill also automatically when checkout.

5. In hall booking, when hotel books, they always keeps per plate price, and different types of plate, like Plate 1, Plate2 , plate 3 and each plate have different menus as per plan, so we have to enter No of guest, price per plate and then book with total price , so how to manage that?

6. In POS, when we complete the order, it is completing the order even if we don’t select the payment method by clicking on payment button.

7. When day closing, there is no option to Cash handover to the manager or admin and manager or admin should have option to accept the handover request from the cashier.

1) Role-Based Permissions Yes, our system has a user-based role permission option. You can set roles and assign them to users individually, which allows you to control access based on their role.

2) Walk-In Customer in POS Customer name selection is mandatory to keep proper order tracking. For walk-in orders, we recommend creating a “Walk-In Customer” profile that you can use whenever needed.

3) Search in Booking / Check-in / Checkout List The search feature is working in our demo system. If it’s not working on your side, it may be due to restrictions or configuration issues. Please let us know so our support team can check it for you.

4) Linking Restaurant Bill to Hotel Bill Yes, customers can pay all bills during checkout. When a guest dines in the restaurant, you can ask the restaurant staff to attach that bill to the hotel bill, so it will reflect during the final checkout process.

5) Hall Booking with Per-Plate Pricing At this moment, our hall booking system only manages hall reservation and billing. It does not handle meal/plate pricing within hall bookings.

6) POS Order Completion Without Payment Method In the system, Cash is selected as the default payment method to make billing faster. That’s why it doesn’t prompt you again. If you want to use a different method, you’ll need to manually select another payment option before completing the order.

7) Cash Handover at Day Closing Currently, our system does not support cashier-to-manager cash handover functionality. This feature is not available right now.

RTL support?

It supports multiple languages. But the RTL feature is not available.

Hello, when we make a reservation, if we add an extra bed or person, the price appears in front of us but it does not add to the total price.

It will be added when you make a checkout from the system.

No, we dont have such feature right now.

hello, i work with hotel training institutions and your application seems interesting. I was wondering if there is a saas version of this product where we can create accounts for, let’s say, different institutions for training and simulation purposes. Please let me know. cheers

Hi! Unfortunately, we don’t have saas version right now. You can buy licenses for each hotel, and then you can provide the system.

i’m not sure if my question was clear. We intend to use the system strictly for training purposes—not for use in hotels. Our concern is that, although we are the sole owners, we’ll be using the software with different groups of trainees. We’d prefer not to keep deleting and re-uploading data for each group. Ideally, we’d like each group to have its own subdomain so that their uploaded data remains intact, without edits or interference from others.

Is it possible to install the system on multiple subdomains without needing to purchase additional licenses?

We got your points very clearly. Our system doesn’t support multiple installations with a single license, whether it is under a subdomain or a separate domain.

2. In my hotel i have other cash sections like the Bar and gym how do i create account for them to use and record their sells

2. We have a restaurant extra addons module you can use that option to manage the food and beverage part. The separate gym module is not available, but you can use the pool module for other purposes.

Pls one more question, I checked the payment settings, and I see Payment method list, where I see all your payment method, but I can find where to add if I want to add now one like cash payment or bank transfer, then I proceed to Payment Setup, also cant find where to edit the credential of my payment gateway like Paystact credential now,

1. at add room list, there are 3 charges; Rate, Bed Charges and Person Charge pls can you explain this to me, what they for, and how do the application calculate this to bill customer.

1. The rate is the default price for the room 2. If you charge per person, then this option is for a per-person charge 3. Bed charge, if you allow an extra bed along with the existing room bed then you can charge for the extra bed. second 2 options are not mandatory but first one is the mandatory option.

I’d like some help. When you click “Place Order” in the restaurant, the popup doesn’t appear. The order goes through because it’s listed in the order list. The order confirmation popup doesn’t appear.

The restaurant Add-on doesn’t manage inventory yet it’s really important to have a restaurant feature that can manage stock and also kitchen production
