You can use the “Date/Time format (frontend)” input on the general setting page in your admin panel to create your own date format. Formatting instructions are linked below the input.

i had mistakenly deleted public_html folder and all files were deleted, after few hours i have recovered those files from delete folder. but now, it is not updated number of downloads, data transferred and others in the admin panel. please guide me what to do or how to reinstall script without disturbing the settings.

I’m sorry to hear. The data shown in the admin panel are retrieved from various tables such as the droppy_uploads, droppy_files and droppy_downloads table. If all your uploads were removed from the uploads/ folder by deleting the public_html then you may want to clear these tables to reset the count.

Could you please include a possibility that if we block an email address in the admin area (settings/upload/Blocked email addresses) – we can write our own text for it and it will be available in all languages available on our platform under: /application/language/xxx

thank you for implementing this useful option, because at the moment only the message appears – that not all fields are filled in. I understand why, you want to prevent someone from noticing this and then using a different email address – I, on the other hand, would welcome a real “error” – what do you think?

Thanks for your suggestion. Using the same generic message is indeed done for the reason you’re describing. But I also understand that you may want to provide this feedback to the user so I’ll see if I can add this to the translation file as a separate option.

The installation page of Droppy will request the user to fill in their purchase code so it can be verified at Envato. This step is added to the installation to prevent any unpurchased installs. It does not affect or prevent Droppy from functioning after it’s been installed, even if the purchase verification API is not available.

We are currently utilizing your platform and would like to inquire if there are any upcoming plans for feature upgrades, enhancements, or new functionalities in the near future. As we continue to align our internal roadmap with the platform’s capabilities, having visibility into your future development plans would help us plan and scale more efficiently.

- Does you platform allow users to pay to be able to download files (just like patreon or onlyfan) ? or is planned

- Does you platform allow chat between customer and provider or is it planned ?

- Will you be supporting adding R2 storage cloudflare (it’s way cheaper..)

- Does your platform allow the provider to upload files for customers (for example selling his own design or digital stuff)

- Can you add Loyalty Point like a cashback wallet or is it planned ?

1. This feature is not available at the moment, it’s on my todo list but I can’t tell you if and when it will be available at this time.

2. A collaboration feature is also on my todo list but is not available at this time.

3. R2 uses the S3 protocol, you can use the Droppy S3 add-on to connect to cloudflare R2.

4. I’m not sure if I fully understand the question, does this refer to point 1?

5. Thanks for the suggestion, sadly this is not the focus for Droppy so I’m afraid this won’t be included in Droppy.

6. This is not planned at the moment, Droppy has a mobile supported web page for now.

I guess I’ll have to post this issue here since I’ve been waiting for 2 days. My installation won’t load due to a missing table called “droppy_uploads”. I check the sql file that creates the tables and there’s no such query for that table. Can someone please at least share what columns/structure or better yet the script of it? I’ll create it manually if I have to. Thank you all!

Hello my admin panel is suddenly redirecting to domain.com/admin/login and due to this, im unable to login to admin panel. im not using premium plugin and few hours ago, it was working fine. suddenly it is redirecting to said url.

I’m sorry to hear! Are you experiencing the same issue when using something like Incognito mode or another browser? Droppy has no reference to domain.com so I’m not entirely sure why it’s redirecting you to that domain. Are you sure your Site URL is set the your own domain?

Droppy does not have such functionality out of the box, but you should be able to generate a sitemap using something like https://www.xml-sitemaps.com/

There’s a custom script section in the admin panel on the general settings page that allows you to enter any custom scripts such as Adblock detection. There are several services and scripts available when you google on ad block detection scripts.

Sender is getting confirmation email that file was sent but recipient(s) aren’t getting emails.

When I check the email logs it appears not even an attempt was made. Only for the “sender” email does it work. Wouldn’t it say Failed if it tried to send?

Also — probably unrelated but when I go to edit the templates and click “Save”, it takes me to a blank page that says “Forbidden”.

Hmm that’s weird. Could you maybe enable debug mode and try another upload. This should generate a Droppy.log file, could you send that one over to support@proxibolt.com
