  • SMTP/Email : Expected response code “250/251/252” but got code “550”, Code 550 is an SMTP error meaning “Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable” or “not allowed to send.” – You may need to contact your hosting service provider for correct details of SMTP. Also validate this service available on your server or not.
  • Quotation Status: You need to work on front end code(php), JS and controller code. Where datatable access the server side data from database (which is PHP code).

How can restrict below two points in your application. 1. Purchase of 30 quantity product in a batch. It is possible to try to sell the same batch product for 35 or above. There is no warning message or restrictions. The same in sales returns.

2. It is possible to sell expired products here. There are no restrictions or no warning message.

How can solve this issue. Every POS require these two Options.

We are facing 2 issues: 1. We would like to know how to delete batch entries that appear in the popup on the /sale/invoice/create page, as the ‘Delete’ icon is currently disabled. We have some duplicate batches with incorrect expiry dates and zero quantity, which are causing stock errors when attempting to sell products. How can we remove these entries?

2. During the stock adjustment, everything was updated except the pricing. As a result, when we try to sell the adjusted stock, the amount shows as 0.

1. For back-end record maintenance, deletion is not allowed. However, if you have entered a purchase entry with incorrect details, you can delete it and create a new one, or simply edit the existing entry.

2. As the name suggests, Stock Adjustment only allows adjusting item quantities. We have not provided any functionality to update the item price.

Is there option to create invoice / create purchase without warehouse the items qty first ? 3. can i make partial entry to sales / purchases and continue to resume daft bills next day ?

1. We have item import option but there is no import option of purchase entry.
  • Sidebar -> Utilities -> Import Items

2. There is at least single warehouse is mandatory keep the stock, we call it main or system warehouse.

3. Yes, you can enter partial records and save, while adding new records in that you can Edit same invoice or Bill. There is no specific resume option added.

There’s a problem I am facing with the system, I deal with 2nd hand Phones.

Suppose a device – Redmi K50i I bought One Piece at Rs 8500 and another piece at 9000. Both the devices will have its own IMEI Number. I will sell both the models at Rs 12,000. The issue is that both the devices will have different profit margin as I bought at different price, but the software doesn’t allow me to update the stock price according to IMEI/Device.

If I define the price Rs 9000 then buying price of both piece of Redmi k50i will be 9000 whereas I bought the 2 pcs in different price.

There’s a workaround like I have to create a new product every time I get a new piece, which is very time-consuming. There will be hundreds of Redmi K50i in product list instead of only 1, imagine this for 50+ models. The product page will be full of same model but only thing different is the buying price.

Easy solution should be – Product is already listed Redmi k50i Now I got one piece today at Rs 9000, I will enter the IMEI and Price 9000. If I get another piece tomorrow at Rs 8000, I will add the IMEI and the buying price Rs 8000 in the same product listing as the earlier one which cost me 9000. And so on I will continue to add on the products under the same product listing but with different price

As you mentioned, you can either create a new product or use the same item. In the profit and loss page, we use the average purchase price of the item to calculate its profit.

I believe this already addresses the concern, since the average purchase price is being used.

When we purchase items, often multiple batches of the same item are created, even though they share the same batch number. These should be merged, meaning all entries for the same batch and item should be combined.

Issue: If there are multiple batches and one batch has a quantity of zero, during sales, an alert is triggered saying the item has zero stock—even though other batches of the same item still have available stock.

Hi, It works like that only — if the same batch is detected, it will be merged. The condition is that all the columns should match (e.g., expiry date, manufacturing date, MRP, color, size).

Also, I noticed that your regular license is being used on multiple subdomains. You need to remove the application from those subdomains. If you want to install it on multiple subdomains, folders, or domains, you must purchase a separate license for each. Where you cannot use single license on multiple domains, subdomains or folder.

If you are selling this application as a service to your customers, you are required to purchase an extended license.

We have only two licenses, and for these we use two separate subdomains:

1. pharmacy.go*al.com

2. medicity.go**al.com

Please remove any other registered domains or subdomains, if present.

Hey I have installed this. Then i have uploaded my Warehouse 1 stock. its working fine. but cant upload serials for warehouse 2. all Serial that adding to Item goes to Warehouse 1. if we select Warehouse 2 in stock, all old item also goes to ware house 2.

Please explain how do i manage same item different stock and serials in different warehouses

A product with two units. If the first unit is purchased and the second unit is sold, the batch-wise stock is shown incorrectly.
