1. If I purchase Web, Mobile app and Tv app, can I get installation services at once for all platforms?
2. I understand currently, your TV app supports Android TV, Amazon Fire TV, and Samsung Tizen TV but it does not yet support LG WebOS TV. However, Google has officially announced Flutter SDK support for LG WebOS, which is expected to be released around January 2026. Will you consider upgrading this TV app in future?
3. Does the platform supports load balancing for high traffic? e.g. more than 100,000 users comfortably watching at the same time?
4. Is it possible to add new payment gateway?

Installation Services – For Web and Mobile App, the setup and installation are included together in a single service. TV App setup is provided separately, as it requires its own configuration. yes, we provide paid setup and installation services for each platform.
LG WebOS TV Support – Yes, we have also seen the news about Google announcing upcoming Flutter SDK support for LG WebOS, but as of now it hasn’t been officially released on Flutter’s website. Once official support is available, we will definitely plan to upgrade our TV app to include LG WebOS.
Load Balancing & High Traffic – Yes, the platform can be deployed on scalable cloud infrastructure (for example AWS, Google Cloud, or similar) which supports load balancing. With the right server setup and CDN (such as AWS CloudFront or similar), it can comfortably handle high traffic like 100,000+ concurrent viewers by scaling resources as needed.
Adding a New Payment Gateway – Yes, it is possible to integrate additional payment gateways. Please share which specific gateway you have in mind so we can guide you on the next steps and any technical requirements.

Do you have windows/IOS desktop mobile app? for those who want to use laptop/desktop to watch movies?
Currently, we don’t provide a separate Windows or iOS desktop application. However, since we offer both the mobile apps and the web platform, you can easily watch movies from any laptop or desktop by using the web version in your browser.

Subject: Multilingual audio feature request for your streaming application
Hello, I hope you are doing well.
I would like to know if, in your upcoming updates, you plan to add the possibility for users to watch a movie in multiple audio languages.
To be clear, I am not referring to subtitles (which I see are already integrated in the application), but rather to a multilingual audio module that would allow, for example, a user to watch a movie in French and also have the option to watch it in English, Hindi, Chinese, etc., depending on the available languages for that movie.
This would be a very valuable feature, similar to what Netflix and Prime Video already offer.

Hello I would like to know if your TV app is already installed on the following TVs: LG, Philips, Hisense, Samsung, and Start. Is it already installed by default on these TVs, or does the user need to download it from the Play Store for TV and install it on the TV themselves?
The Streamit TV App needs to be downloaded from the Google Play Store for Android TV and Google TV devices. For Amazon Fire TV, the app is available on the Amazon App Store.
Currently, there is no support for LG, Philips, Hisense, or other TVs that run on operating systems other than Android OS.
It almost seem impossible to install the app. It would seem that it is done on purpose.
What is the cost for installation?

Any Update On LG ? I mean WebOS ?
We previously attempted to develop a TV app supporting LG WebOS but encountered several challenges and limitations that made it difficult to achieve a stable solution. However, there’s good news — Google has officially announced Flutter SDK support for LG WebOS, which is expected to be released around January 2026. We’re closely following this and plan to explore support for LG devices once the SDK becomes available.

Yes, the app can be installed on Android TVs, just like Netflix and other streaming platforms. And yes, it also comes with dummy data preloaded for testing and demonstration purposes.

Yh iam being helped but my suggestion would be. 1. Add an option where we can rate a support agent Boss.. this would help and also you can as well reward the agent after a while, may be a support agtent of the month and achive a gift which is worthy fro myour company. Thats my view of now.
