The code is great, as always! But here’s a feedback:

When the user is NOT logged-in and proceeds to write a review, when the user clicks Submit, the website redirects to the login page, throwing away all the work the user had done to write the review. After he is redirected and the user creates their account, the review is erased. This is against UX. It should not be like that. It should be a seamless experience. This way, the user will give up trying to write a review and will leave the website.

Also, the user should have the ability to respond the business response (as a discussion). This would be very useful.

I just noticed something: when a company reports a review (e.g. claiming it’s fake or the person wasn’t a real customer), it would be great if the reviewer had the option to upload some kind of proof (like an invoice, screenshot, etc.). That way, it’s easier to verify if the review is legitimate – and maybe even mark it as verified. I think this could be a really useful addition!
