Can a booking be linked as a product that is charged for?

When a new appointment is created, the system triggers two identical confirmation emails to the client and generates two separate meeting links.

This is confusing our clients. Could you please investigate and resolve this issue at your earliest convenience?

Good evening, I would like to know why the public form is not synchronized with the scheduled time so that it does not give the user the option if they already have an appointment at that time in question.

Great was the issue?

I will investigate this and make sure of we have this issue to be fixed in the next update.

Next update includes around 13+ email templates and improved notifications system all over the module, added missing custom field in templates for google meet and much more improvements and minor bug fixes.

From what I saw, this happens when I change the time zone to São Paulo.

Your module is very good, I would like to know if you intend to add the following functionality to the scheduling module: integration with Twilio or any other that uses the WhatsApp API having an AI service, a chatbot trained to handle customer service via WhatsApp, and this chatbot can also schedule appointments based on the conversation it has with the user on WhatsApp.

Thanks for the suggestion—really appreciated.

At the moment, WhatsApp/Twilio integration with an AI chatbot that can schedule appointments isn’t on our near-term roadmap. We’re currently focused on a major Perfex Chat upgrade (which will include similar conversational features embedded widget to any site etc.) and on Appointly improvements for version 1.3.5 where we added almost email templates and notifications for all actions.

We do see the value in AI-assisted scheduling via WhatsApp and may explore it in future releases. I’ll keep your request noted as a priority candidate.

Something is wrong with the appointments showing up on the calendar, it shows duplicates, as well as showing things on the wrong day, or not showing at all

Hi, i noticed you can only select one time zone per day, what if i have multiple time zones available and not just one for example, 5am – 9am and then evening 7pm – 11pm?

Is it possible to schedule confirmed appointments to be automatically synced with Google, or do I always need to do this manually?

Hi.

I know that the system can allow me to ”... add unlimited staff members with individual schedules and service assignments.”.

Further to this, could you consider allowing the client to choose the specific multiple staff members they want to receive the service from, rather than being restricted to the limited staff list assigned by the admin?

- Add option to hide e-mail of staff in front end form.
- Add relation to project
- Remove the requirement to link to a staff member; this can be defined later, not on the front-end. Therefore, when an appointment/service doesn’t have a provider, the “CRM Company” assumes the appointment. Therefore, the company’s selectable card on the front-end form should always be visible and selectable to cover the lack of a person directly responsible for the service.

Thank you for your continued support. I’m committed to making this module better with every update.

In the upcoming version, I’ve added new settings for automatic Google Meet creation with customizable options. On both the appointment view and the client/public booking pages, you’ll now find an enhanced Google Meet integration with meeting details and the ability to send invitation emails to contacts, attendees, or additional recipients.

Other improvements in this release include: • New invoice options and settings. • A client appointments dashboard with reschedule, cancel, and other management features. • Ability to download ICS calendar files per meeting.

I’m dedicated to regularly releasing updates based on client needs and feedback.

Regarding the google two way sync I am trying to improve this in each update.

how to change the “Time Format” to 12 Hours? Currently, calendar showing times in 24 Hours format. I have my CRM set to use 12 Hours format. But, Appointly using 24 Hours format – I see no way to change this. Please advise.

We are continuously working on expanding and improving the module by introducing new features and enhancements. Currently, we are actively developing a set of improvements on the client-side interface, including the ability for clients to view their appointment lists with extended options such as cancelling or rescheduling their bookings directly from their portal.

In addition, we are enhancing the invoicing system, introducing more flexible invoice creation flows when appointment is booked, automatic invoice generation based on booking triggers, draft handling, tax configuration—custom configuration/current configuration/no tax, and automated client invoicing options.

Furthermore, on our roadmap we have scheduled virtual meeting integrations. We plan to introduce full Zoom and Google Meet integration, allowing users to seamlessly manage virtual appointments directly within the module.

We are fully committed to delivering frequent updates and continuous improvements to provide even more flexibility and value to our users.
