I have some questions regarding the payment process when using the Single Restaurant App.
I understand that when a customer places an order through the app while seated at a table, the order is sent to the system, accepted, and completed as usual. However, my question is about the payment stage.
When the customer gets up to pay for the order placed via the app, which screen should the cashier/operator be on? How can they locate the customer in the system? Should they search by table number or by customer name?
In either case, I’d like to know exactly where the cashier needs to be in the system — on the POS screen or in the Sales section?
I wasn’t able to clearly understand how this final payment step works for orders made through the app — considering the customer is not paying via credit card in the app, but instead will pay in person at the cashier when leaving.

It would be a way for the client to not need to register, but every time they access it their data would be saved in the cache. I think this is in the KRMS script called “Continue as guest”

You already have this on the website https://demo.bastisapp.com/ when you place an order and on the login screen there is an option “Continue as guest”. This would be the option I’m talking about.
This option does not require registration. Every time you access it to place an order, it is saved.

each app can have different account in firebase it does not use the main firebase account
you can have many as account as you want just set the firebase in merchant when you edit the merchant there is a tab push notifications where you can download separate firebase for each restaurant
Hello, Basti. Please check Google Maps on your app, because when you type in the address, it doesn’t get the location, making it impossible to complete the order. Test it on your demo, I’m not using the app because of this.
