im moving from my old VPS server at GoDaddy to a new VPS Server at IONOS. I moved my DB and Files over to the new server and its showing an error. task.websolver.net. Before moving the files it was working perfectly fine.

the clause of (“Projects and task management and TEAM and Utilities”) which come at menu left under class=”menu-header small text-uppercase”, those one are untranslatable, there are not available in translations sections of files.

I recently bought the application. I have few queries and concerns, request you to please address it.
- The sub-tasks when added in the web application are not visible after adding when I click on “Manage Tasks” - The sub-tasks are visible in mobile application in “Manage Tasks” - There is no option for recurring tasks in “Mobile Application” as well as no option for Reminders too - If a task is recurring task, it means right now the status is open and let’s say I complete it, so I would change the state to “Done”. But since its recurring task, the status will become “Open” automatically next time it recurrs - Unable to add sub-task in mobile applications - There is no discussion option in mobile app?
Please reply asap. need your support. It will be highly appreciated.

In the recurring tasks , It will have default status when it will be created. You can change it after the creation of the recurring task.

I went through the demo, and I found it amazing, but there are still some clarifications I would like to get.
1. Can some of the features be disabled? There are some of the things we don’t need from the Admin side
2. Can the user/team member only have access to the task assigned to them alone, without access to creating a task? They can only change the status based on progress, but I couldn’t find that.
3. Can we disable the chat also if it’s not needed

Yes, the system allows this functionality. To achieve what you’re trying to do, follow these steps:
1. Permissions: Assign the user the following permissions: Manage Tasks ,Update Tasks ,Manage Status
2. Status Configuration: While creating or editing task statuses, specify which roles are allowed to set each particular status. This will ensure that only users with the assigned roles can change to those statuses.
3. Task Access: The user will only be able to view the tasks assigned to them. They won’t be able to create new tasks.
4. Status Updates: They will have permission to update the status of their assigned tasks, but only to the statuses that are allowed for their role.
