1. If you installed it from the our installer then no need to change in .env file.. can you please tell me what problem you have related to .env?

2. Payment methods are just for reference purpose… when customer pay you using your card machine then you put payemnt mode as card.

3. Their is no payment gateway option for POS system.. you have to take payment in your store

Thanks for the details but that’s disappointing to have such a great platform but no way to process transactions. Just to be clear, this system basically keeps track of transactions but doesn’t actually process them? Correct? This isn’t ideal for bookkeeping and what appears on the customers credit card? Unfortunately it doesn’t look like we’ll be able to use it. We need a POS system that actually processes the transactions. Do you guys ever plan on adding this, if not, could we receive a refund? Thanks again we really wanted to use the script.

Yes for subdomain you have to purchase it separately… remeber this module/plugin have some requirments…. so check requirements before purchasing… Also it will not support multiple database.. right now it only use one database.

For the subdomain module it must have below requirements:
=> This module requires Stockifly SAAS version 4.0.0 or higher
=> Server must have wildcard subdomain support enabled

In the POS cash/bank are payment are payment modes. you can create them from settings => payment mode. these are just payment type which incdicate the mode of payment.

Ok I understand that, however. How does the POS system accept credit cards? When someone goes to pay there is no section to input the credit card info? When we go to settings and add credit card, this does NOTHING but add text says credit card. Please advise it should not be this complicated for a POS system to take payments. Thanks

These payment mode only for reference… how the customer pay.. Like your customer paid using your card swipe machine then you enter the payment mode to card, if he/she paid you by cash then you ill enter it cash.
