Hi, Pre-sale questions: 1- In your item’s detail page, you mention that we can get 2 addons free, how shall I proceed to get this please? 2- How may I run your software as a SaaS solution, alternative to Calendly?

Thanks in advance.

Hi, thank you for your interest in WPBookit Pro!

1. Free Addons Offer: Yes, we’re currently offering 2 free premium addons with your purchase of WPBookit Pro. After purchasing the plugin, simply send us your purchase code via our support portal or email (details provided in the documentation), and let us know which two addons you’d like. Our team will then send you the download access.

2. SaaS / Multi-Tenant Setup (like Calendly): WPBookit is primarily designed as a WordPress plugin for individual site use. However, you can configure a multisite WordPress installation to allow multiple users or businesses to create their own booking calendars—essentially functioning as a SaaS platform. While we don’t offer native SaaS support out of the box, we’ve seen customers implement this with WordPress Multisite, combined with proper user role controls and plugin configurations.

PRE-PURCHASE QUESTION:

I’m looking for a plugin for my furniture showroom that does the following:

- Add specific slots with specific limits, e.g., 2 appointments at 10:00 AM, 3 appointments at 11:00 AM, etc. - Customizable email, SMS, or WhatsApp notifications based on the service. - One of my services is paid. Is it possible to pay before scheduling the appointment? - Can I integrate with Apple Calendar? - Is it translated into Italian? - Can I set it to a 24-hour clock?

Thank you.

Hello,

Specific Time Slots with Limits: Not directly available, but you can set limits and allow multiple bookings for each booking type(services).

Customizable Notifications: Customizable email notifications based on the service (booking type), but SMS or WhatsApp notifications are not available.

Payment Before Appointment: Yes, it’s possible for users to pay before scheduling the appointment.

Apple Calendar Integration: Not available by default; custom development would be required for integration.

Italian Translation: Possible through the Loco Translate plugin for localization.

24-Hour Clock: You can set the default time format to a 24-hour clock based on the WordPress date and time settings.

Let us know if you have any query so our team will assist you. Thank You!

About SMS/WhatsApp I see “Twilio Addon”, right? I can use it for notification? About Apple Calendar, how work custom integration?

Yes, for SMS and WhatsApp notifications, you can use our WPBookit Twilio Addon.

As for Apple Calendar integration, it will require customization. For any customization-related discussions, kindly connect with our Business Development Associate (BDA) using the link below: https://teams.live.com/l/invite/FEAh18wQSi9roOzkA8

You should include user role management, because employees can add, delete, and edit booking types and have access to the payments ‘menu, etc. Imagine for some obscure reason the employee user decides to delete a booking type or do something else.

Thank you for your valuable feedback.

We completely understand your concern regarding user role management and the potential risks of employees having access to critical functionalities like adding, editing, or deleting booking types, as well as accessing the Payments menu.

Currently, WPBookit Pro does not have granular role-based permission control for these specific actions. However, based on your suggestion, we see the value in implementing a more advanced user role management system that would allow the site administrator to define and restrict what each user role (such as employees) can view or modify.

We have noted this as a potential improvement for a future update to ensure better security, control, and flexibility for business owners using our plugin.

Thank you again for helping us improve WPBookit Pro. Please feel free to share any further suggestions!

Hi, is it able to add variant in one booking type example :

a rental car there is a many variant with different price

user want to book a big car, choose big car, then after it user need to choose 1hr, 6 hr, 12hr , 24hr, all the variant has different price

but in only one booking type no separated booking type,

so i mean, i want to make small car, medium car and big car booking type, but with many variant hours to rent

is it able to do that ?

thanks

Thank you for reaching out with your query regarding booking variants in WPBookit Pro.

At present, the feature you described—allowing multiple rental duration options (such as 1hr, 6hr, 12hr, 24hr) with different pricing within a single booking type (e.g., Small Car, Medium Car, Big Car)—is not available in the current version of WPBookit Pro.

We can customize for you so you can contact with our business team via teams: https://teams.live.com/l/invite/FEAh18wQSi9roOzkA8

Please feel free to share any other feature requests or feedback. Your input helps us improve the product to better serve your needs.

hwllo nice work, but i have a question. how this plugin works? imagine i have 3 clients that want this system, i need to buy 3 licences and make 3 diferent instalation? or i can ofer the service for the 3 clients in the same system like a saas?

Thank you for your message! At the moment, the plugin is not SaaS-compatible. This means you would need to purchase a separate license and set up individual installations for each client.

Great work!

Thank You !!

hi, can it work with woocommerce, and woocommerce payment gateway ? i want to know the group booking feature, but in demo, it does not working, can you give me link for group booking demo, thanks

Thank you for your interest in WPBookit and for reaching out!

1. WooCommerce & Payment Gateway: Yes, WPBookit fully supports WooCommerce, so you can use any WooCommerce-compatible payment gateway to process your bookings.

2. Group Booking Feature: I’ve just checked — the Group Booking feature is working correctly in the demo. There isn’t a separate demo dedicated to group booking, but you can test it by creating a new booking type:

Go to Booking > Add New Booking Type Navigate to the Advanced tab Enable “Group Booking for More than One Attendee” Set the number of seats per booking

>>Once configured, group booking will be active. Quick Setup Guide Screenshot: Enable Group Booking Allow Guest Booking Screenshot: Guest Booking Option

Let me know if you’d like a temporary demo login or assistance setting it up.

Best regards, WPBookit Team

is the group booking feature include wpbookit pro or separate add on ?

Thank you for following up!

The Group Booking feature is not included in the WPBookit Pro package by default — it’s available as a separate addon, which you can purchase from the following link:

WPBookit Group Booking Addon: https://codecanyon.net/item/wpbookit-group-booking-addon/55843662

Hello,

I run an online medical directory where doctors are registered. I would like each doctor to be able to schedule appointments with their patients for Zoom sessions. Additionally, each doctor should be able to manage their own appointments.

Is this possible with WPBookit?

Also, how many simultaneous appointments — booked by different doctors — can the system handle?

Thank you in advance!

Regarding the issue where the dashboard layout is visible but no booking data is loading for the staff member — this is unexpected behavior. Since you’ve already confirmed that:

No JavaScript errors appear, Booking types are correctly assigned, The shortcode placement is proper, Relevant bookings exist for the staff, The user role is correctly set to “Staff”, We recommend raising a ticket at our official support portal here for a detailed technical check: https://iqonic.desky.support/

In response to your clarification questions: Where exactly can staff view and manage their bookings? Staff members can manage their bookings via the same dashboard page as the admin.

Note: Both Admin and Staff access the same dashboard URL, but the data displayed dynamically depends on the user’s login role — staff will only see their own assigned bookings. Is there a separate shortcode or setting required to fully activate this functionality?

No, there is no separate shortcode or additional setting required. Should any extra permission be set for staff users beyond the default? No extra permissions are required beyond assigning the Staff role and linking the user with the relevant Staff Member profile in WPBookit. If everything above is properly set up but the issue persists, please submit a support ticket using the link above. Our technical team will investigate this on priority.

Thank you for choosing WPBookit Pro!

Thank you for the answer. The problem is solved. It turned out that I have another system with members. I have made a plugin that when registering in the other system automatically acquires the WPBookit role, I just wanted it to appear with the WPBookit role and not the other one (e.g. Author)

Thank you for the update. We’re glad to hear that the issue has been resolved.

If you want the user to only have the WPBookit role and not retain the other role (such as Author), you can modify your plugin logic to remove the existing roles before assigning the WPBookit role(customer, staff).

I can’t see where invoices are activated in the demo. How do I do this?

Thank you for your message!

It seems there might be a small misunderstanding. The invoice feature is built-in with WPBookit Pro, so there is no separate module or setting required to activate it.

Could you please let us know exactly where you’re facing difficulty or what you’re expecting to see in the demo? This will help us guide you more accurately.

Looking forward to your response!

Best regards, WPBookit Support Team

Hello! The idea is that we only add events/services on specific dates. So it’s not like a hair salon, for example, where people can book almost every day. Bookings are only possible on the dates we make available. Is that possible with this plugin?

Thank you for your question and interest in the WPBookit plugin.

Yes, the functionality you’re describing is absolutely possible with our plugin. When you create a booking type such you can configure its availability based on specific dates rather than recurring daily or weekly availability.

For your requirement, you can simply define and add the exact dates when bookings should be available. Only those specified dates will be shown to users for booking, which makes it ideal for one-time or occasional events.

the timezone still not working, I can’t use it as this crucial part is not working

We checked on my local development environment, and everything is working well.

You can simply set the timezone of your site from the WordPress Settings > General page.

If you are still facing issues after that you can submit support ticket on : https://iqonic.desky.support/

Thank You !!

Just purchased it and I have so many questions, where are all the add ons? I mean I do not have payment methods, only zoom integration is visible

Also is there an option to have a Booking type and allow the user to select the Staff member? here is only 1 person available for each bookig type… why we cannot select from the list?

1. For that, you have to customize the plugin as we don’t have to option to select staff option.

2. You can see and purchase all the addons here: https://codecanyon.net/collections/11512192-wpbookit-and-addons

any plans to include AI into this?

Yes, we have plans to include AI in this in future.

I have a question ? can i have a booking page for evry teacher ? Where just the clases of that teacher appear available for booking ? Can we change teh style of the directory?

Onther question, every teacher (staff) can have his login where he can see his clases , customers, etc.

Yes, every staff has own login and they can see their bookings.

your demo is so stupid. You should really consider showcasing the actual plugin in action on the demo site.

Thanks so much for your feedback — we really appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts.

We’d like to clarify that our demo is working as intended, We’re always working to improve the user experience, and your suggestion to highlight more real-world usage is definitely something we’ll consider.

If there’s anything specific you were expecting to see or if you need help navigating the demo, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to help!

Sure. Since it’s a wordpress plugin for booking meetings. you should absolutely show it on the front end so buyers can try it out. All you have now are screenshots of the backend. That’s not technically a “demo”. A demo would allow me to see use the plugin to book a meeting. It’s frustrating though since the buttons say “demo” – so when I find out that those buttons are not telling the truth, it makes me wonder what else you’re lying about. (In marketing, this is called erosion of trust, and it kills your sales.)

We’re working on a proper front-end demo now, and we’ll update the labels in the meantime to avoid confusion. Appreciate the honest feedback!

I cannot get the plugin to work even after using support for 5 days! same error! I purchased in good faith assuming this would be easy! simple plugin using paypal and smtp! but NOPE!

everything is upto date and correct!

Hi, I purchased your software. Usually, the code I buy on this site is integrated into the websites I develop. I typically upload it online, install or configure it (including the database), check how it works, and adjust accordingly. However, in your case, when I browse through the various folders, I can’t see anything. What should I do to use it correctly?

Hello, sorry for late reply.

In our case, the process is the same. Could you please open a support ticket and include your purchase code? Our support team will review your request and assist you accordingly.

Hi there! I have specific reservation.

I need to make fishing spot reservations.

1.) User choose from 13 fishing spots (so 13 different calendars) 2.) User choose time slot (1 day or 3 days or for example one week) – should be able to set specific time for each type of time slots) 3.) Fill the form and send customer order details

Admin should be able to set holidays or days when customer cant reserve

Is that able with your plugin please?

Hello dear,

1. Yes, you can create up to 13 different calendars.

2. A timeslot selection feature is available, allowing you to set the duration of each slot (e.g., 8 hours) and availability time is 9::00 AM TO 6:00PM. Currently, only one slot can be booked per day, enabling users to reserve an entire day. However, booking multiple days is not yet available, but we plan to introduce an add-on plugin for this in the future.

3. Yes, this feature is available.

4. Yes, the admin can set holidays based on specific dates.

pre sale question. please confirm wether two way sync with google calendar is possible. I currently use google calendar and would like to intergrate this to work alongside

It is possible if you purchase advance Google Calendar addon.

https://codecanyon.net/item/wpbookit-google-calendar-advanced-sync-addon/53713202

getting an issue of double booking, where a booked time slot will still be available on the front side but on the dashboard pannel it will just pick a different random time slot and place the booking.

Booking description on the left pannel cuts out words randomly in a sentence instead of wrapping to the following line incase the entire word doesnt fit

After picking the date and time for the booking on the front end, it displays ” Demo call with…” showing my wordpress username, which is a very random thing to show to my clients

The proceeding part after this only shows the book button at the bottom, which does nothing on pressing. Its not intuitive enough for the client that they need to scroll down and fill in their personal information, the experience is even worse on mobile

Thank you for your detailed feedback, and we’re sorry to hear about the issues you’re experiencing. Let us address each of your concerns below:

>>Double Booking & Incorrect Time Slot Issue: This behavior is not expected and may be related to Google Calendar sync settings or booking overlap configuration. To help us investigate and resolve the issue effectively, please generate a support ticket on our helpdesk: https://iqonic.desky.support

>>Kindly include the following in your ticket: A brief explanation of how the issue occurs (step-by-step, if possible) Your current timezone settings in both WPBookit and Google Calendar Confirmation if you’re using the Advanced Google Calendar Addon

Screenshots or screen recordings showing the double booking or incorrect time assignment

Once we receive your ticket, our technical team will prioritize it and assist you accordingly.

>> Text Cut-Off in Booking Description Panel: We understand this UI issue affects readability. Our team will fix this layout issue so that text wraps properly and words are not cut off. Kindly share a screenshot of how it appears on your dashboard, which will help us apply the fix faster.

>>Display of “Demo Call with…” + WordPress Username: This label usually displays the user’s full name. Can you please verify if the user has set a proper First and Last Name in their profile? If not set, WordPress defaults to showing the username. If the name is set correctly and you’re still facing the issue, we’ll be happy to look into it further.

>> Book Button Unresponsive & Poor Mobile UX: Thanks for pointing this out. We’re already working on improving the user experience, especially on mobile devices. Please share more details or a short screen recording, and also generate a support ticket at: https://iqonic.desky.support This will help us fix the issue more accurately based on your setup.

We truly appreciate your feedback—it helps us enhance WPBookit for everyone. Looking forward to assisting you via our support portal.
