can i use multi kitchens network printers instead of kitchens screen

Unfortunately, in this case, you have to need to develop a printer offline server to manage multiple printers. So we don’t have such a feature right now.

- Is it possible to change or customize the design/layout of the website only (not the admin panel)?
- Can we add support for 2–3 languages (multilingual support)?

1. Website basic information can be changed. eg: image, text, logo. But the total layout can’t be changed since it will be needed code-level work to redesign the full application. 2. Yes, our application supports multiple languages for the backend section. 3. Answer in the first response.

Incase a restaurant experiences a brief internet connectivity issue, they will still be able to use the POS to attend to their customers. Then when they get back online, the offline data will automatically sync.

Does Bhojon have a saas version?

No, Bhojon does not currently have a SaaS (subscription-based) version. It’s available only as a one-time purchase with lifetime licensing.

For profit/loss I have seen several comments & you suggested to see it from account->report->Profit/loss section Unfortunatelly, in demo there is no ACCOUNT section Can you please clarify?

And as the demo is available, is it all I get with purchase or need to buy some additional addons?

Our Bhojon software previously had an accounting module. But due to some complexity, this module was not included in our updated Bhojon script.

Do you provide the source code of the mobile app?

Mobile apps are separate add-ons, and the app is not included with the Codecanyon licenses. You can buy addons separately and we provide the addons source code if you purchase the addons.

how to buy addon

From the module section, you can purchase addon. After purchasing the addon, you will receive the addon license key. Then download the addon using your add-on license key and proceed to install them.

the ingredients should be Meat>Chicken>chicken wings and should have supplier relationship for pricing. as of now ingredients is ingredient chicken is chicken even i have many kind part of chickens.

regarding the on going order, if the cashier close the order and there is on going order that wasn’t paid what happened? the system is good but it needs more refinement i think thats where customization will take place? and how much if im not that good on development?

if you do not settle the order from the ongoing order option, then it will stay there for 24 hours then it will move to the pending order list. and you can settle this order later from pending order list.

it should provides cashiers with multiple options for handling unpaid orders 1. Transfer to Another Cashier: For shift changes or breaks 2. Save as Drafts: To preserve order information for later processing 3. Force Close: Emergency option that converts all unpaid orders to drafts

the roles and permission is savage its confusing and not working properly, im creating a role for GM but at the end it showing still the menu and all others are just for display even i checked the crud its just the same. I think you didnt created the proper roles and permission on this system.

simple all roles and permission bypasses it seems the role and permission in the system is useless, eventhough we unchecked all the crud’s it will still show all the modules menus and submenus especialy on hmvcmenu2, the roles and permission should let the user restrict based on the crud example waiter will just only see the waiter menus even unchecked all it still show all. Hi, what would happen if pos is open and system is restarted or internet goes down. Does this work in offline and would sink data when internet is back or it will simply stop working if internet goes down?

Our application is working on cloud mode. we don’t have online/offline sync version.

Ok, so what would happen if browser tab is closed and then reopened and/or internet goes down?

As the system is cloud-based, if you close your browser and the internet is down, then the data will remain the same. When the internet comes back up, the system will operate from the same status again.

Suppliers should have their own ingredients when purchasing, example supplier 1 Orange 1.50 $/pc Apple 2.20$/pc

supplier 2 onion 2.50$/kg

etc.

when we purchase its like a todo list not designed for any supplier when we print the purchase list its not designated to each supplier

But I do like the initial flow, I think we need customizations
