I have a question: will there ever be an option for “coming soon” with a countdown to arrival so that I can create a product card with information about the product coming soon, and these products are in a separate category, and when the product arrives at the warehouse, I can click a switch to make the “order” button appear?

When vendor do listing there is brand field is mandotory and it’s not convenient to vendor and i asked from your support team to make it optional unfortunately for single code change they are asking to buy customization package.ridiculous. If i have many major changes for sure i will go for a customization package.but from your side you have to make it optional and for that single code change asking to buy a package is unfair.

Dear sixamtech, Important Improvement Needed for Order-wise Shipping Method: Currently, when a customer places an order—whether for a single product or multiple products—the shipping charge often remains the same. This creates a risk of loss for sellers, especially when using courier payment systems.

Therefore, Order-wise shipping profiles should be configured in a way that:

Shipping charges increase based on either the total order value or the number of items in the cart,

Or charges scale by weight (kg) to accurately reflect actual delivery costs.

Additionally: When the Order-wise Shipping Method is selected, two fields—”Shipping cost” and “Shipping cost multiply with quantity”—still appear on the Add New Product page. However, these fields are not functional or relevant under the Order-wise shipping method.

To avoid confusion and enhance usability, it is better to hide these options when Order-wise Shipping is selected, so that sellers are not misled or uncertain during product entry.

Why is it that when I choose to have orders delivered from in-house shipping, each store is charged a separate shipping fee, while all orders come from a single warehouse and the shipping cost is the same? I believe this feature is necessary, as it makes no sense for customers to pay for each item in addition to their shopping cart.

How can we test the return feature to ensure it works correctly and handles refunds or replacements properly?

Sir, In the 6Valley system, the return and refund process is fully managed manually by the admin.

If a customer wishes to return a product based on your return policy, the product can be returned manually. This entire process is handled from the admin side.

For refunds, once a product has been delivered, the customer can submit a refund request through the system. After the request is submitted, the admin will review it and take the appropriate action. The admin has the authority to either approve or reject the refund request based on their assessment.

Please note that the system does not support any automated return or refund mechanism. All actions, including updating the order status to “Returned”, must be performed manually through the admin panel.
