It’s so cool I’m going to buy it
Hello, yeasterday I purchased single vender eshop app . While installing the downloaded folder , I landed on an error . After investigation, I found that there are alot discrepancies in the application. It appears the download provided do not actually latest or properly updated . There are several files / folder are missing . For example : 1. application fetches the images from /uploads/media/2022 but in reality there is no folder named 2022 inside media . I have to manually create & fix the error 2. When you install first time admin panel , application requires a language file name “web_labels_lang.php” from path en-gb/web_labels_lang.php but inreallity there is no any folder with name “en-gb” . This will cause error .
like this there are several discrepancies . I suggest please provide latest updated & error free version of the application.
Apart from this on their support portal it is written 24×7 support, but when I called after few rings they switched off their number . Also on microsoft teams , even after 24 hrs no one answered .
By the way , I am not defaming him but just looking to get support.
