It will be a great add-on if you can add reports feature to generate detailed report for each property’s income and expenses. Lack of this feature holding me from buying this beautiful script. After all reports are the main purpose to use this software. Hope to hear from you soon.

I think you making sms autosend / mpesa, mtn and other african payment gateway and like the email could make it solve 50% of the emerging markets and solve majority of their problems.
