Hi, the support has been great until we pointed out that the app has many faults and errors it require a patch or an update before it can even be installed or added to the play store. i have raised ticket wiles you fixed the web version issue. When it comes to the mobile app your support team now have vanished and no longer responding even tho i had paid for the product. I would appreciate if your able to fix the request as the product been sold is faulty. otherwise the service is normally good.

I have some questions and suggestions. 1. There is no sound and push notification when a transaction is done and when there is a dispute, the admin is not alerted
2. In the admin permission section, you can only add categories like moderator and admin but there is no accessibility control. A moderator should not be able to access all the settings in the super admin panel because he is just an employee.
3.We need access to add alternative currency converter/update API in case we dont need the one integrated there

We only have the superadmin login and user login. Can we please see an admin login too?
Please when a client requests for funds in his wallet, does the withrawal butten automatically handle the transfer to the available account of we need to manually do that from the backend
Currently, demo admin login access isn’t available, but the super admin can create and manage admin accounts with login access. As for withdrawals, the system records the request, but the actual fund transfer needs to be handled manually from the backend or through your configured payout method.
