Dear Accept.blue Support,
I am currently integrating Accept.blue with my WooCommerce store using your payment gateway plugin. However, I’ve encountered an issue while configuring the plugin.
In the Live Merchant Console, I’m able to generate an API Key, but there is no option to generate a Source PIN. The plugin I’m using requires a Source PIN field to be filled, and without it, I’m unable to complete the integration or process live transactions.
Could you please confirm if my account uses token-based authentication only, and whether the plugin I’m using is outdated or incompatible with the current API structure?
If possible, kindly provide the latest version of the WooCommerce plugin that supports API Key and Token authentication without requiring a separate Source PIN.
Thank you for your assistance. Please let me know if you need any account or configuration details from my end.
Tried a new API key and plugin is working.
Thanks noted.
I am getting the error:
Accept.Blue Card Payment Failed with message: ‘Approved’
and it does not complete the order however it does charge the card.
Hi, please provide request and response logs of accept.blue WC > status > logs > accept.blue for that specific order with error, if you dont have please turn on the logs in the accept.blue plugin settings. so that we can get the logs and analyze the data. please check also if there is fatal error logs in the WC > status > logs > fatal error logs.
please send it to https://codecanyon.net/user/ryanplugins#contact
Thanks
We are running into an issue when surcharging is turned on and the “Show surcharge in checkout” setting is enabled, it currently shows surcharging for all payment methods. It doesn’t show for only the Accept.blue payment method which it should show for. The issue with the surcharging actually being charged has been resolved, but it still shows like it will charge the customer on all payment methods.
are you using latest version 1.20.24?
Yes, the version fixed the surcharge actually charging on all payment methods. This time it shows like it will charge, but it doesn’t actually charge things.
ok, I will put option on/off settings to show the surcharge fee in the checkout page. if you have multiple payment method you can turn off the surcharge in checkout page.
BTW. surcharge is only showing in the customer that has surcharge fee, the charging on that is on the processor side, that is automatically charge if you have configure in your merchant setting.
Thanks
To confirm, are you saying you will only show the surcharge when the accept.blue payment method is the one selected? That would be the proper way to do it.
no, at the moment that is not supported that kind of functionality. in current version of the plugin you can show or hide the surcharge in the checkout page, you can disable that in the plugin settings and that is already available in the current version please see screenshot https://prnt.sc/bBf5YxFCFilf
Thanks
Can we make this a future improvement so the surcharge only shows when the Accept.blue payment method is selected?
I will look for a workaround if there’s a way to implement this functionality. Thanks
Thank you. Any ideas of a timeline?
I will start this Monday, maybe 3-4 days. Thanks
please try 1.21.24 plugin version
I have installed and configured the Accept Blue plugin but in the front end of my site, it says there are no payment options set up. The Accept Blue option is absolutely enabled. What else is there to do to get this working?
did you purchased the plugin? what version are you using?
Hello – I purchased your plugin to use with Serve First. However, we are using Generate Blocks and it appears that Accept.Blue Payment Gateway plugin is incompatible. 1) Do you anticipate compatibility in the near future? If so, when? 2) If not, could I get a refund?
please pm me https://codecanyon.net/user/ryanplugins#contact I will provide the accept.blue version 2 copy
Hi, I have an issue when I’m trying to mark my orders complete.
They get marked as failed. This is the error I’m getting in my order notes:
“Capture Charge Error with Error Code of Unsupported transaction type. – 10124”
Thanks
Hi, I can confirm that it is allowed on the payment gateway’s side. Is there something else I should do on the plugin’s side?
Here is the screenshot of my settings on the website: https://snipboard.io/W1ydHR.jpg
in your settings is auto capture is enabled.
please un-checked that capture settings so that if you mark manually complete the order that is the time will capture the transactions.
or if you want that settings capture enable, please change your default order status in the settings to complete.
BTW. you can verify the transaction if already captured in your accept.blue merchant dashboard.
Thanks
I disabled the setting: https://snipboard.io/sdDGz0.jpg
But every time I tried to mark an order as completed it still keeps failing: https://snipboard.io/xVDp2A.jpg
please send to me the request and response logs that transaction https://codecanyon.net/user/ryanplugins#contact so that we can see the request params and the response of the gateway.
you can find the logs in WC > status > logs > Accept.Blue
I don’t have accept.blue in the logs. I just enabled logging in the payment gateway settings. Does that mean that the logs will appear after the next transaction?
I just send you the logs using the contact form.
noted, please check you email, I’ve already replied.
Thanks
Despite 1.20.21 fixing PHP warning for arrays I am still receiving it and I upgraded to 1.20.22
I’ve already fixed that warning for arrays, surcharge_card,surcharge_checkout,surcharge_manual.
please screenshot the error again, so that I can trace the line where the line error.
Thanks.

Hi are you able to provide what is the error, you can find that in WC > Status > logs > fatal error
Thanks
Im checking the now, Btw. what version of woocommerce are you using?
Thanks
I don’t see any error of the current version of woocommerce 9.7.0 and accept.blue 1.20.22, please clear you web cache then activate the plugin again.
Thanks
Hi, The plugin installation was done successfully. Thank You.
But after having complete setup with the WooCommerce and the Payment Gateway, the Payment process is not working during the product checkout. https://prnt.sc/3xikxeMaUNBq
I am using the Payment Gateway: https://mysfsgateway.com/. I just want to confirm whether the Accept Blue plugin is compatible with this.
Also, let me know if I can contact you privately if I need to share more details.
Hi,
You are using woocommerce block checkout page, this is not supported by this plugin. please use classic woocommerce checkout page so that will work.
I have new developed plugin accept.blue v2, the woocommerce block checkout page is supported, this fresh source code different with the old please pm me https://codecanyon.net/user/ryanplugins#contact I will give you a free copy.
Thanks
Im not sure with mysfsgateway maybe this is the same with accept.blue
Hi, I have a weird issue with my website. I am using your Payment gateway, and for some reason all of my orders are going into on hold.
Here’s how it is working: Someone purchases, then it goes to processing, and then immediately to on hold. Is there something I should set up additionally? Here are my order notes: https://snipboard.io/hF8YUc.jpghi, if your processing command in the settings is sale that is auto capture, the order status will be processing or completed (digital products), if authonly the order status is hold you need to manual change in wc admin status order so that will capture the payments.
Thanks
Is this the setting that I should activate for orders to go into “processing” instead of “on hold”- https://snipboard.io/WB7X69.jpg
that settings is force capture that order, if that product is physical that will be processing status, but if virtual product that will completed status. please check the default status in the settings you can force what you status you want.
Thanks
Does this plugin have the ability to save customer credit card info?
save token only, the card info will be stored in the vault of card processor.
Hi ryanplugins, We need access to the previous version of the plugin ASAP. Our site is duplicating payments and orders due to a conflict. We need to reinstall the previous version. Do you have a link to previous version downloads?
Hi what previous version?
btw. what is your current plugin version?
Sorry. I didn’t see there were multiple versions within the plugin. Please disregard.

I can’t install the plugin. I keep getting this error. I also tried to unzip that folder and zip only the contents. That didn’t work either. Please advise. https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/w3cnjjp6hqjbcekv532j1/Screenshot-2025-02-03-at-10.30.01-AM.png?rlkey=3ktla2bkh2ubgl5y3drtghew7&dl=0
I just installed the plugin (ver 1.3) with Woocommerce (ver 9.6.0) and there are no fields showing at checkout to input the credit card info. If I click the place order button anyway, I get this message:
Error during Card Tokenization: Cannot access ‘t’ before initialization
are you able to provide temporary wp-admin login so that I can check and js debug your website checkout. please pm me here https://codecanyon.net/user/ryanplugins#contact
Thanks
Hi, I installed the plugin, and connected my source key and PIN. But for some reason woocommerce doesn’t recognize it as a payment method.

We are repeatedly having a problem with duplicate charges, which is caused by this plugin. Please email me, and I will be happy to provide the error code.
Hi, Please purchase first this plugin for the tech support.
Thanks
I have purchased, and need tech support, clearly I am using the plugin. It was purchased under the email info@pettherapeutics.com

Invoice: IVIP53854237 Order# 192819825
ok, Thanks Got it.
- what version of accept.blue plugin and woocommerce are you using? - please update into the latest version both accept.blue plugin and woocommerce - please also install the google captcha plugin for woocommerce.
We are using Version 1.17.15. and all plugins are kept up to date. We do have recaptcha on the site, please give me the specific name or link for the plugin that needs to be installed for your plugin to work as we were not informed of this and I do not see it in your documentation. It would be very helpful if you were able to provide real support by emailing us and corresponding consistently as this is creating duplicate charges to our customers.
please pm me here https://codecanyon.net/user/ryanplugins#contact I will sent the instructions.
Thanks
I saw the Accept.blue checkout page now. Is this page being customized?
Hi, That is normal default pages by storefront theme.
Hello again, Accept.Blue has not yet responded to my 3rd email. I would like to know if I purchase this plugin, will it ask for any other documents besides my SSN number and my Kansas Lead Bank account that I obtained while I was a student? If I learn the answer to this question, I’ll purchase your plugin. Best.
Hi, please you need to contact the support of the accept.blue payment gateway then verify for the requirements for the merchant application before you purchase the plugin.
Thanks
WooCommerce Error logs showing the following since updating to latest version: 2024-10-15T00:00:02+00:00 Error FeaturesUtil::declare_compatibility: /home/.../wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-accept-blue/includes/wc-class-accept-blue-card-gpay.php is not a known WordPress plugin.
ok noted, I will review the code.
Please use accept.blue plugin 1.20.19 version.
Not seeing the error in the woocommerce logs, still montioring… but seeing this in my debug logs: [21-Oct-2024 11:21:07 UTC] PHP Warning: Undefined array key “surcharge_card” in /home/.../wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-accept-blue/includes/wc-class-accept-blue-card.php on line 86 [21-Oct-2024 11:21:07 UTC] PHP Warning: Undefined array key “surcharge_checkout” in /home/.../wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-accept-blue/includes/wc-class-accept-blue-card.php on line 87 [21-Oct-2024 11:21:07 UTC] PHP Warning: Undefined array key “surcharge_manual” in /home/.../wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-accept-blue/includes/wc-class-accept-blue-card.php on line 88
please save the accept.blue plugin settings.
I’m guessing new settings that aren’t saved so array is empty. Went in and saved settings without making changes (deleted 0 from refund fee and then put it back so the save button will activate). Will watch debug logs and report back findings.
