In user app details page, whatsapp sending related text is hard coded in portugese, which should be actually store language..what 8s the solution?

yes..also your document has been followed step by step. every step there were problems, which have been rectified..
nowhere onesignal-cordova-plugin is found in the app code. and if it has to be installed, it should have been mentioned in the document.
