I’m considering purchasing an extended license for this script, but I find the comments and reviews quite concerning.
Before moving forward, I’d like to clarify:
Have any users been prevented from fixing errors or issues due to licensing restrictions or the script itself? Or, are experienced developers fully able to resolve these issues independently, without needing the script owners’ involvement? It would be devastating to purchase the script only to find that we’re completely reliant on the owners for support—especially since many reviews from verified buyers strongly advise against purchasing due to poor support. However, it’s unclear whether:
These users lacked the technical knowledge to fix the issues themselves (no offense). Or, if there’s something actively preventing them from making necessary fixes, requiring the script owners’ support. Our Situation & Concerns
We are funding this project entirely out of pocket, with fewer than four people involved. We already plan to hire developers to customize the script, ensuring it better fits our needs. However, it would be a disaster if we purchased it and then discovered our developers couldn’t access or modify key aspects—especially for:
Fixing errors Developing custom features & functions Additionally, several comments and reviews mention vulnerabilities in the code, leading to security risks. Some users seem unable to fix these issues—but is this due to:
Their lack of experience (which would not be an issue for us), or The script having built-in restrictions preventing modifications? If licensing somehow limits control over the script, this could pose a serious liability for us—both in terms of security and privacy. Given the current reputation of the script owners’ business (no offense), this raises even more concerns.
Possible Workarounds
If we can simply buy the license, end our relationship with the company, and modify the script as needed, that would be ideal.
We’d even consider paying more than the listed licensing options if there were a way to do so, releasing the owners from any obligations under the license agreement—since reviews suggest they don’t fulfill them anyway. That said, I also acknowledge that:
Some buyers may have had higher expectations than we do. Their negative experiences could still be valid for them, but the script might still be workable for us. Would greatly appreciate any clarification on these concerns!

if you want to customize this, you need to edit the route/web.php file. there you can edit the routing. but make sure if you update script in future the changes will reset.
