Its very difficult to work when the replies are such slow, please request you to reply on the tickets bit early.
Points which are not working while my testing in the Android build:
1- Notification not coming while app is closed or running in the background. 2- Sometimes randomly chat history is not visible, then if we kill the app and open again then it is visible. 3- i am not able to set multiple media in stories. if we do add 2nd one first one is deleted automatically.
Please give me updated code if possible, many things are not working properly.

I am writing to inform you that I have been testing the latest version of the Chatzy project, and despite having my environment properly configured (using the recommended latest stable version of Flutter and Android version 21), I continue to encounter critical issues with the application:
Real-Time Chat: The real-time chat functionality is not working. Loading Previous Messages: Previous messages are not loading, making it impossible to view the chat history. Calls and Video Calls: Both voice and video call features are non-functional. I have downloaded and set up the latest version of the project, yet these issues persist along with several other errors that require attention. Furthermore, I have found that the support provided so far has been very limited and ineffective in resolving these problems.
Given that the product does not meet the promised functionality and severely affects its usability, I urgently request the following:
A detailed response outlining the steps you will take to address and resolve these issues. An action plan with a timeline for when these issues will be fixed. In the event that adequate support is not provided, I will have to request a refund for the product. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to your response so that we can resolve this situation as soon as possible.

sorry but we do not do custom requirement of mysql at present as it has totally different flow as real time chat with flutter and required to make it from scratch so our developer are not available for that big project

I can’t compile the app with Java 21, I have my environment configured perfectly, I always get the error FAILURE: Build failed with an exception.

Quick question. Why not consider a version using MySQL database as it’s apparent that the cost of the Firestore database will be a nightmare for people once the userbase is larger
for realtime db we used firebase
is reply feature available where you can reply to a particular message by clicking on reply also the search message search chat feature for the easy accessible to the number of messages.
