The product page clearly advertised key functionalities like Multi-Token Standard, MultiWallet, MultiChain, Auction System, and Bulk Minting, which were critical for our use case. However, these are still unavailable unless we pay extra—contrary to what was promised.
To resolve this amicably:

Hi, everything included within the core plugin is enough to create and start a nft marketplace. Addons are different from core plugin. They needed to purchase seperately.

I purchased the FULL Library of plugins and all Add-ons (Directly) and initially was very happy however the service and support is very poor and there are many issues that are not being addresses. Buy with caution as there are major issues and the team are slow getting the main issues resolved.

Im having the same issue as ghinojos… and of course as your sample sites. Infura stop working due metamask acquisition. It seems like the previuos authentication is no longer working on plugin-side. Even when IFPS is properly setup the AUTH is not properly handled in back-end. Inmeadiatly after login to dashbaord you get prompt for Infura credentials. Would you give it a check? Kind Regards

Since the last update the plugin does not work as well. There is a problem for minting and the IPFS is not working. I have checked the INFURA key and all is pinged, have you noticed an issue?

Hello, Sorry for the inconvenience, infura latest updateon most of the account doesn’t supporting file upload. Can you please contact to your infura support? We have got some same reports about it.
Thanks for your reply, the problem is that all the content is pinned as well into the Infura account, and the other problem is that since the last update from your side, it is not possible to mint new tokens.

I think there is a problem with your docs on Installing Plugins. Where there are supposed to be pictures, there is just huge empty space with a > sign filling those spaces. There were SOME pics that were rendered properly.

Hello, in the extended you will get full source code that you will be able to change the code and use as per your need. And in regular you will get a compiled version. You can use the features but cant code yourself.
1) can you explain more detail or compile version? it is confusing this is a plugin, mean after purchase, i download and install the plugin on my wordpress and it should work, so what is the differences?
2) i see in your description you said we can create/mint nft, sell and buy, and add unlockable content, does these features need extended license? if yes, then there is no use to buy because nft is about buy and sell digital product.
Hello, extended license is required only when you want to extend features by yourself. The features you mentioned is already in our plugin so extended is not required.

i want to know whether it can be apply to my use case, i want to create 1000 variation for 1 nft, i have 1000 coupon code, i setup each nft variation to only allow buyer to see 1 coupon code, no buyer will see the same coupon code. is it possible? if yes, what is the best way? should it be a plain text? or a link? since its a unlockable content, so it should not even in the public view except the buyer.

It is possible with custom work. Its not possible by default. Be default you can paste text/description/link/image or video link etc.
In your opinion, how much would it cost for the custom work you mentioned?
for the nft creation, can i set a limit to only allow up 100 or 1000 mint ? for the unlockable content, lets say i create one nft, i add a content in the unlockable content section, will everyone that bought it see the same thing?
