Good afternoon. How can I test the plugin before purchasing it from Postman? In this case, I want to test how adding a project works.

Hello.

Our item contains a complete online documentation where all parameters and endpoints can be found, along with example request-responses.

Here are all details for adding a project: https://risecrm.themesic.com/apiguide/index.html#api-Projects-create

Thanks for the reply. Another question has arisen. The specified parameters in Project – Add New Project are all the parameters that the plugin supports, or are they just the main parameters specified, and it also supports the “price” parameter, for example

What you see in the documentation is what is currently supported and what you will exactly get.

We do update the documentation upon every update that introduces new functionality.

Do you have sample code for adding leads? I want to add this to my website to collect leads.

Thats something mentioned in both comments and support area:

I understand that you need an immediate response, however, support operators are only accessible through the support area.

Please bare with them for a reply. This item is known to work fine for every other purchase, but dont worry, our engineers will point you to the right direction, no matter if this is a local issue of your installation or a misconfiguration of your commandset.

Unfortunately its sales here, we are not able to provide an accurate technical reply. Thanks for your understanding.

New question: Can we store values in Leads custom fields. I have created a field called Comments(ID: custom_field_5) and how do i reference this? Other references are ok like company_name, addres, etc… And is there a field in leads for email?

Thats kinda technical questiom – Kindly raise a support ticket within the support portal, so our engineers can answer your technical question accurately.

this api can support task function?

Hello.

All currently supported endpoints and parameters can be found at the documentation URL: https://risecrm.themesic.com/apiguide/index.html

We regularly update this documentation (upon new releases) and new features get instantly added there. Whats not included in the current documentation shall not be considered as a feature.

Hello! Does this API also work for adding content to custom fields?

Hi, I have a WordPress site with a form for lead generation. Is it possible with this plugin to automatically export the leads to Rise CRM as soon as they are generated in WordPress, or do I need a different plugin for this? Thanks

Yes, our API can be triggered and place your leads everywhere.

Please ensure that the developer who will create this custom connection is familiar with REST APIs.

Our item contains a detailed documentation for its endpoints/parameters.

Does the lead plugin also need to provide an API interface? If so, do you know of any WordPress plugins that offer this?

Our item’s scope is to ensure that communication exists and take care of the data exchange.

You just need to hit the leads endpoint of the RISE CRM’s REST API, using POST.

This can be implemented in a custom script, with the help of a plugin, or with the help of a third party service (IE Zapier.com). The developer who will build this connection will provide the respective solution according to your needs.

hi can you please remove the limitation to be able to flush the license with a one week boxed in? it’s frustrating to try to deal with this as I have to reinstall the plugin. thanks for your help asap ;-)

Hello.

Im not sure why you need to perform more than two installations for the same license key, in different domains per week, but I’ll go ahead and note your suggestion (its sales here) to the appropriate department.

Reinstalls for the same license for development purposes is a normal activity when main CRM has to be flushed due to errors, etc. and reinstalled. Many reasons exist why my license for your addon should not be locking me out.

getting an error with the latest version see: https://prnt.sc/J2nTPsS4pO3o just hangs

That shall not be happenning.

It has to be investigated by our support team, please open up a support ticket within support area so our engineers can help you with the technical issue you are facing.

The API creation invoice part can only create invoices, but cannot create invoice items and payments? It seems that it is not very practical. And the status of the invoice, etc. are all needed. We hope that after the user pays in the third-party application, we can create an invoice through the API and provide the invoice items and payment, and update the invoice status to the paid status.

Will this be updated later?

All currently available endpoints/parameters of the API can be found in its documentation: https://risecrm.themesic.com/apiguide/index.html

Note that this is an item under continuous development and enhancements are being applied frequently.

Hello, I have a voip magnusbilling PABX in my company and I would like the PABX reports to arrive in rise crm as customer id | connection made | connection received | and recording is possible, remembering that my PBX for each customer has the possibility of creating an API…

Communication is doable from every third party service, including your VoIP system.

Please give a check at the supported endpoints and ensure that they do fit your customization needs.

Hi,

I hope you’re doing well. I’m reaching out regarding your plugin for Rise CRM.

I’d like to know if your plugin is compatible with the WooCommerce API. My goal is to automatically create customer accounts on Rise CRM when users place an order through my WordPress site and complete the purchase using WooCommerce.

Ideally, I’d like for the account information created during the order process (including their username/email, password, and details like address and postal code) to be automatically synced with Rise CRM, using the same credentials to ensure consistent data.

Additionally, would it be possible for the plugin to also create a new project on Rise CRM, using the order title and, if possible, include additional details about the service ordered?

Thank you in advance for your help, and I look forward to your response.

Best regards, Romain

Passwords are hash-generated, you wont be able to sync them and that would create a security issue.

Hi,

Thank you for the clarification on the password hashing. I have a follow-up question regarding how the customer account is created via the API. Does Rise CRM automatically generate a password for the client, or does it invite the client to create their own account and password on the platform?

If the client is required to create an account separately, it seems like it would be difficult to automatically create a project linked to their order. I’d like to better understand how this interaction works, especially in terms of syncing the project creation with the account setup.

Thanks again for your help!

Best regards,

What you ask for (passwords of customer accounts) is all about “Contacts” – and not “Clients” which is a supported controller by our API.

PS: Our modules’ purpose is simply to add records in the respective database table/column/field according to the specific command, parameters and request.

Good evening, I purchased the plugin today and after installation I clicked on API Management and I get the error “Oops, something went wrong!” When I tried create a new api the Save button greys out. I have the latest version of Rise. Kindly assist. I have also sent a support ticket.

Hey.

Since this is a technical question and you have already opened up a support ticket, please bare with the support team for a response. They’ll guide you accordingly.

Question, we created a custom fleld within the client details section but when we pull via api it does not show the newly created custom field, is there a work around on this please? This is very important.

Can you please raise support ticket within clients area, so our engineers can advise in this technical question?

When using the APIs to create Lead or Client, getting HTTP 400 error with message “Lead add fail” or “Client add fail”

we’re passing the mandatory fields as per the API docs, not sure what we’re missing.

Here’s a screenshot from Postman: https://ibb.co/3WcR51b

Please raise a support ticket so our team can help you.

we have raised a support ticket

Cool – support team will get back to you regarding the technical issue you are facing. Its sales here, we do not have the technical knowledge to assist you through the comments area.

My license for REST API plugin for RISE CRM say it’s no longer valid – - please help. My support for this purchase has already expired need my valid license to work. Thanks

Licenses do not expire.

Can you please include a respective screenshot?

Can I create new expense entries with this API plugin?

All currently supported endpoints of our API can be found at its online documentation (which gets updated once new endpoints are being added):

https://risecrm.themesic.com/apiguide/index.html#api-Clients-getClientsSearch

can we link Laravel ecommerce script to rise CRM using this Rest API script. ?

the new rise crm version saves leads into clients table under is_lead culom.does your plugin api knows to deal with that change?

Yes- we are aware of this and our team is already implementing a way for this new core change.

its working now? with the new rise version?

Im sorry but this is a technical question I cannot answer, as its sales here. If you face an issue working with the last version of RISE CRM, please open up a support ticket within clients area, so our developers can advise.

Is there no possibility of any type of interaction with contracts? Does your other Webhooks plugin not do the same? For example, an action to mark the contract as signed, or attach a file, or send the PDF to another service.

Webhooks plugin supports actions upon Contacts creation.

Both plugins contain a detailed information, shown in their “Item Details” tab.

I refer to CONTRACTS, I didn’t find any mention

Whatever is not included in the list, is not supposed to provided by the current version.

Since this item is under continuous development, new features may get added soon.

Thank you for the understanding.

Hello. Correct me if I’m wrong but it seems like there is no access permission setting so everyone who has account can access API. This is a deal breaker for business where a lot of roles has access to the dashboard. Will permission setting be implemented in the future?

Hello.

Access is offered API-wide, meaning that you are supposed to share the header authorization key with the person you need to authorize to use the complete API commands.

As a company, I wouldn’t want my graphic designer to see the token even if I trust him. Not to mention if he’s not a security aware person and login on the mobile which later got stolen. Or in another case, an employee was fired and he decide to snatch token before leaving for mailicious intent. Wouldn’t that create a risk for outsider to manipulate the data in my company’s CRM? I mean no ill intent here as I really want to purchase your plugin but it’d be mandatory to have granular control for user permission, or at least set a condition to not show tab to specific user role. Right now, the API management tab is there inviting everyone.

Well, the answer depends on many factors and the biggest one is the way your business works.

Your concerns are correct for the work case model you are using at your company, but the majority of CRM owners who buy our solution are aiming in automations between the CRM and third party applications (where their staff members have access).

We would like to thank you for your suggestion and to rest you assured that it will be evaluated by our development team for potential future development.

Quick question… can this API add anything to the calendar / events? Just want a simple way to have a form that allows clients to fill out a form and push sales events to a date on there for me to see. So a form on a site (wordpress) that selects a date and adds it to the calendar. is that possible?

All supported endpoints of the API can be found at its online documentation – Calendar is not one.

We continuously provide updates for this plugin, adding new endpoints.

Hello, I need to change the domain on which the first installation was made, I am changing the name of the company and the domain was changed, and when installing it does not activate. the previous domain has been DISCONTINUED.
