Hi, about Airport, I’m not sure if I made myself clear. Check out this link from Tagxi, this is the feature I’m talking about, I didn’t see this feature in Restart.

hello again i have been texting on your whatsapp number but no response i did installation of the app with no success during login when i request for otp, it keeps loading no otp sent , i managed to register user through admin and when i use password for login it keeps loading with no success now i have asked how much will it cost me for me to pay you so as you can help with installations?? but no response now i keep wondering whats wrong and i have already spent my money and time

I can see distance and time in driver app, how about the user app also, as this is important feature , also have realize if the trip has started ,when user go back home screen, he is able to see ongoing trip, but when click it get back to trip screen, the real time maker showing the distance on map is not there even thought the trip is still going own, also if the driver end trip when user is not on the trip screen, am not seeing notification to alert user, that the trip has ended and is supossed to do payment, this are minor thinks but most important
please let me know if this feature are there or if not when are you planing to add them,as it will help me make decision either buying this or super biding one, one more thing, what is the future update for these two products, the reason am asking, i bought a product on this platform and developer just abandoned it and re created the same product with totally new stack, and sold it separately, without providing the update for the old one, please let me know thanks.
Hi, we have revamped the product to improve the better performance & user experience that’s why we’ve updated the new stack so we can’t update with the older version app since it’s developed with new tech stack and architecture.
And we will update the restart app with realtime distance & duration update on ride on our next update in couple of weeks

About Push Notifications
I discovered something that needs to be fixed. I sent a push notification to the user app, and clicked to open and read it, but the notification window doesn’t open, so there’s no way to read the message or see the image received.
Another point: In tagxi it was possible to send Notifications to both passengers and drivers at the same time, or even select only some to receive.
We will make changes on this on our future updates. Thanks

I tested the app and have some suggestions:
Both apps- When users cancel a ride, no sound is displayed. As the driver was driving, he would only notice the cancellation if he heard an audible warning.
Driver app- On the accept/reject request screen, the payment method is not displayed, nor is the distance from the driver to the pick-up address, nor the distance from the pick-up to the drop-off address.
- When there is a quick address on the home page, the banner is hidden because it is pushed down. - On the ongoing screen, the color of the car is not displayed. Showing the color of the car makes it easier for passengers to identify the car that will pick them up.
User app- Bidding Mode: on the accept/reject screen, the car model is not informed.
- When support responds to the user via chat, the user does not receive a notification. - When the user sends a message to support via the panel chat, the message does not update in real time on the panel.
Admin Panel- When support sends a message via the panel chat to the user, the message does not update automatically on the user app. - I ordered a ride through the User Panel and it didn’t reach the driver.
User Panel- In the order history, allow filtering by date, add a search field, and allow downloading of reports in Excel. This will be useful for companies that use the app for deliveries.

I am trying to test apps before purchasing but OTP does not work for anything, even demo admin site says Invalid OTP.
Hi, Since it’s a demo app, we haven’t enabled real otp and in the section we’ve mentioned to use 123456 and I’ve verified it’s working fine.
