For resetting the password, go to phpmyadmin > database > admins table and enter the below text in the password_hash column.

i changed the password in the table and used the password admin but still not able to login, its not going into the admin area, after clicking enter, its just cleared the username and password fields and not going inside the admin area, is there anything else we can do?
