by the webhook, you will integrate it into your app. When payment will done this app will call your webhook event then you can execute your logic

there is no api like this, you just need to generate link for payment and integrate it in 3rd party app

Users are admin who can manage billing and buy subscription system. Customers are the buyer who can make payment for product. Super admin can see both type of users information.
