2. How does the payment flow work? The customer pays directly the owner? Or the customer pays the admin and then admin backend pays the owner?
3. If there is weekly or monthly rent option, is there a system to withdraw automatically funds from customer credit card each week or month?
4. What is the payment option? The customer needs to fund a wallet and then use wallet to pay? Or the customer can pay directly by using credit card processors like Stripe or Paypal?
5. Is it the owner who creates the parking account name or is it admin?
6. Is there a Chat system between owner and customer?
7. When customer creates account, does he include vehicle brand, color and license plate so the owner can verify the car parked?

2. Actual payments go to the admin’s account and are then reflected in the parking owner’s wallet. They have the option to request a withdrawal.

Regarding number 5, what I meant is – if we have two parkings for example and two owners, owner A and owner B – can they create two accounts on same app or this app is only for one-company parking facilities?
Yes they can create the multiple parking slots from the same accounts.

Parking owner can create multiple parking with one account. Currently we have the commission model for the earning for app owner.

Multiple users can add multiple parking slots. So it is not a single user oriented.

It will function with any type of server; there are no specific server requirements for it.
please add sound notification for owner and watchman when new order arrived and also when the qrcode is scanned to checkin the packing
there should be an alarm bell alert to remind the customer the time 30mins before his time starts and 30mins before it expires based on the setting in the backend
Also the checkout of the packing space what will happen if the customer has exceeded the time he or she paid for and wants to go out???
will the watch man scan qrcode before the customer goes out of the facilty to be sure he is checked out and didnot exceed his time
There should also be a virtual card when customer buys he can use it in any packing space and amount will be deducted
