If the tracking info of an order is updated, then it’ll update the tracking link: https://share.nmblc.cloud/48960c0f

When you hover over the tracking number, you’ll see their status if any, and an “Open tracking link” button.

As for the Webhook feature for Vitracking, I’m afraid this feature isn’t available at the moment, unfortunately.

Hi, After I enabled Advanced Card Processing on PayPal, when a user paid with Credit Cards, and I uploaded the tracking number, I clicked the Sync to PayPal button and got an error message: PayPal payment method not supported or missing API credentials. I checked the API settings and saw an additional Advanced Card Processing. Shouldn’t Advanced Card Processing use the Default Live API by default? Is this a bug, or do I need to set a separate API key for Advanced Card Processing?

We use the WooCommerce PayPal Payments plugin developed by Woo. Previously, we only used PayPal Standard, and the courier number synchronization was normal. Then I turned on the merchant advanced mode of this plugin, which added an Advanced Card Processing function: Accept debit and credit cards, and local payment methods with PayPal’s latest solution.

I used the Default Live API directly in the api, and did not fill in the api for the paypal below. Later, I turned on Advanced Card Processing, and there was another Advanced Card Processing setting in the api. But I didn’t fill it in, and continued to use the Default Live API.

Now if the user uses PayPal Standard to pay, the courier number can be synchronized. If the user uses the Advanced Card Processing function to pay directly on the website with a credit card, it cannot be synchronized.

I think this may be because I don’t know how to use it, or your plugin has a compatibility bug, or I need to set an API key for Advanced Card Processing separately?

It seems most likely to be the first reason I mentioned earlier. The Default Live API works in most cases, especially when you have multiple PayPal plugins creating different payment methods. However, if you’re encountering issues like this, try entering the credentials for Advanced Card Processing under the PayPal settings, and then test with a new transaction

Does this send tracking info email when Woo received the tracking info shipped by Paypal Shipping from Paypal?

However, our plugin doesn’t have a built-in option to automatically update tracking info – You would need to add/update tracking number manually. For example, if your system receives tracking information from PayPal and you want it to sync with our plugin to trigger automatic emails, it would depend on compatibility, I’m afraid.

Hi Good plugins, but the latest version 1.1.13 is not showing the tracking page, so I reinstalled a previous version 1.1.10 and now it works so there is some error in the new version (It doesn’t show an error, it just doesn’t show anything)

What happens is the following: Cainiao has the package while it arrives in the delivery country, and you say that it can be tracked on my website, but when I have purchased and my package arrives in my country, it is no longer Cainaio who delivers my package , delivered by Canada post. Cainiao is not a shipping company like Canada Post, Cainiao tracks order shipping status whose shipping company is supported by it.

A note, if your order is shipped internationally and have different tracking, you would need to update the tracking yourself.

hi there, we are using Dianxiaomi with WooCommerce and we were wondering if it is possible to have with this tracking plugin a solution that tracking numbers can be inserted on item-level and not only on order-level? Is this possible?

And then 2nd question, I know that Shopify’s Dianxiaomi integration is able to insert tracking information on item level and syncing it therefore from Dianxiaomi to Shopify. Is this plugin extending the functionality of the Dianxiaomi WooCommerce plugin that this is also possible for WooCommerce?

2. The process of sending tracking info from Dianxiaomi to WooCommerce is handled by Dianxiaomi. Our plugin doesn’t interfere this process.

to obtain the tracking number you must first have the order processed by the shipper. for example (DHL, MBE…)

Once a customer completes an order on your site, you can add the order tracking information, choose a shipping carrier to handle the order and link it with a tracking server integrated into our plugins: Cainiao, EasyPost, TrackingMore, AfterShip, 17Track, or Tracktry. When the shipment status changes, the API connection fetches the details from the tracking service to update the order on your site. Your customer is then notified (via email, SMS, or PayPal transaction if PayPal is used), and they can track their order on the Tracking page of your site.

We support more than 90 shipping carriers, but MBE Italy is not available in our plugin. However, you can add custom carriers you want, just following these simple steps.

And how about if there is more than one tracking number for the same order? Which tracking number will be sent to PayPal? Because PayPal accepts only one tracking number per order.

I have a problem with the functionality of the plugin. AliExpress Standard Shipping is set as the default shipping carrier in the plugin. The problem occurs when I select Cainiao Super Economy Global, Cainiao Super Economy, or Cainiao Standard For Special Goods as the shipping option during purchase. In that case, the plugin does not insert the tracking number in the Woocommerce email sent to the customer. Also, in that case, the tracking of that shipment on the page on my website does not work either (it says that the tracking number has either expired or does not exist). Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.
