I have been experiencing persistent issues with the cron jobs for your script on my server, despite having multiple other websites hosted on the same Digital Ocean account where cron jobs are functioning correctly. This includes several food ordering sites where I have successfully set up cron jobs without any complications.

Upon your advice that the issue stemmed from cron job configuration, I attempted to address the problem by installing three different control panels – Plesk, cPanel, and Cyber Panel. Unfortunately, each of these installations presented their own unique set of challenges. Throughout this process, the support I have received has been minimal, with responses typically suggesting that “cron doesn’t run on my server”. I sought specific guidance, such as which file to trigger in order to setup a scheduled task to visit a URL/filename instead of using Curl, but this information was not provided. Furthermore, when I inquired about changing to American Odds, I received no response at all.

Additionally, I am encountering issues with the API for sports odds, for which I have an account allowing 40,000 calls. Attempts to add the API to tournaments via the admin portal result in an error message stating that I have exceeded my limit, despite this not being the case as evidenced by successful API calls for boxing, which return a green success message. This inconsistency suggests that there are underlying issues with the API.

The level of support I’ve been receiving has been largely unhelpful, leaving me to seek solutions from my hosting provider and troubleshoot on my own. This is in stark contrast to my previous experiences with purchasing scripts, most of which have been plug-and-play and did not require extensive time investment to resolve issues.
