why not just make a software that works???
The script is working fine. There are many parameters that could be causing the issues. We try to check as much as possible, but every server has a different configuration, and that is the main reason behind the issues.
The issue you mentioned is related to your MySQL server configuration. On your server, the max key length is 1000 bytes, which is causing the problem.
I hope this helps clarify the situation.

In External File Link, you need to use a file URL that has file extensions like – https://www.w3.org/WAI/ER/tests/xhtml/testfiles/resources/pdf/dummy.pdf You can’t use Google Drive links.
If you want to use Google Drive links then go with Embed Code. Please add a Google Drive link with an iframe code and it’s working fine.

i had send email… my suggesction you should put httaccess on your documentation to make your clients easier to set up .. if your software only for main domain and subdomain but can not apply for https:// example.com/digibook/ you should inform in your description … so the customer can use your software perfectly and satisfied give you 5 stars. or you provide run well httaccess for website with https:// example.com/digibook/
