Why does the update.zip for v1.9.6 not work. I follow the update video exactly and I don’t get success message. The blue bar goes almost to the end and then it suddenly stops. And it still v1.9.5 on the dashboard. I don’t understand why it doesn’t work. Please help with this. Thanks.

It is typical that if you don’t answer a ticket, it will be closed automatically. The last answer belongs to Rocket LMS, which means that if you don’t send a message to the ticket, it will be closed.
Closing tickets doesn’t mean that we won’t handle reported cases! As you can see, the ticket was closed by the CRM system, and we resolved the problem.

I already understood how your CRM works, it closes all the tickets but continues to let that ticket be answered. For those of us who don’t know about it, that scares us, you should give it another status so that misunderstandings like this don’t arise.
Ok, it worked by deleting everything and installing the latest version from scratch. Every other way to update I had tried kept failing.
The app looks very interesting, I can only hope that in future updates it doesn’t fail and the solution is to reinstall everything from scratch.
