I was wondering how the referral or affiliate program will work that you are adding in?
Is it for sellers to promote to other sells to earn money?
Or is it for anyone to sign up as an affiliate on the website and promote ANY PRODUCT within the site?
How would this benefit us who are the admins and running our sites. Thanks!

It will be for all users. If the affiliate program has been activated (by the Admin or the seller, the Admin will determine this), a normal user can register to the affiliate program for the products included in the program, create their own affiliate links for any product and share these links wherever they want. If someone clicks on this link and buys a product, this user earns a profit from this sale equal to the commission determined by the Admin or the seller. Additionally, a discount rate can be added for products included in the affiliate program. In other words, we plan to add a comprehensive affiliate system that can have both commission and discount options. It will be site based (for all products), or seller based (sellers will decide to active this program for their products and give a comission).
This system will allow regular users to share product links everywhere to earn money with a referral commission, and it will increase the sales with an extra referral discount option for buyers. So we think it will be a good system to increase sales.

There is a section in the software Settings that needs an urgent update. There are 2 options in the encryption section of the Email settings section. These options are available as (SSL – TLS). This section needs to have 3 options (SSL – TLS – NULL) I cannot send an email because there is no NULL option. My hosting does not send emails with SSL or TLS selected settings. I wrote to the support team, I hope it will be resolved soon or they will let me know the solution point.
note: the software is very good, the system installation works very well, I set up the site in 2 days and created 52,000 sitemaps in the form of categories / subcategories / subcategories. I would definitely recommend it to everyone. Also, I am a master carpenter, not a software developer

I think it would be nice to have something like that. For example, if you add $100 worth of merchandise to your cart, shipping will be free. Have paid shipping on low volume sales.

The Modesy script already has this feature. You can add a “Free Shipping” method and set a minimum order amount.
If the total value of the products the buyer wants to buy from you is higher than this minimum order amount, the free shipping option will be displayed. If the total value is below the minimum order amount, free shipping option will not be displayed.

I have a suggestion to share for the upcoming update if you can try to work out something around it please.
We know you have subscription, commission model in the script but the thing is it’s unfair and disadvantage for smaller sellers with lesser valued items to pay same subscription fees like someone selling 5-100k items example Cars, Real estate, business for sale, furniture etc for classified ads option and also for marketplace option. Add a model where admin can charge listings fees based on products categories. This will be fair to all sellers please.
Including the subscription, commission model make it possible for admin to set fees based products or items categories to charge sellers with high ticket items.
You can make like admin can set normal subscription fees for everyone but then admin can set a flat rate fees on some high valued category items for sellers example can be 0.20 cent per item or $ 25 on certain high valued items categories.
This will be really amazing option to have for the script to allow site admin to also maximize the script potential.

We have received similar requests from some of our other buyers. When deciding what to include in the next update, we consider the most requested features. As a result of these feature requests, we have decided the features we will be working on and have already started working on them.
We plan to add an affiliate system, product export options, a popup warning when a product is added to the cart, admin access to other accounts, and some other features.
While we would like to address this issue, we won’t be able to include it in this update due to the number of features we are currently planning to add. We cannot make any promises at this moment. However, an option to set different commission rates for different categories might address this issue, and we will try to add this feature in future updates.

If a customer puts three Ps in the cart, they will see an “Out of Stock” warning in red and won’t be able to proceed to checkout. Therefore, there are no problems with this.

Unfortunately, there isn’t an option to reduce the add product process to a single page. Because the information input sections on the second page change depending on the options you choose on the first page. This change can only be made by editing the code.

Unfortunately, custom edits are not included in item support. We also do not accept any custom edit requests because we are using all our time to working on new updates to further improve our scripts. As a result, we don’t have much time available.
Our code is open source and if you wish to make some changes on the script, you can collaborate with a developer. However, we cannot assist you in this custom editing process.

Hi, is there a way that a customer can use verify if he has received his order from the vendor? May be an otp code to be sent to customer’s e-mail when he makes an order and then when an order arrived to him, he can give that otp to vendor, and then a vendor use it to mark that order as completed.

The Modesy system includes an order verification process. When the seller ships the product, they update the order status to “Shipped”. After changing the order status to “Shipped”, the buyer will see a “Confirm Order Received” button on the order details page. When the customer confirms that the order has been received, the status of the order changes to “Completed” automatically. The money will be added to the seller’s balance after the order is completed.

Please make possible in new updates admin to be able to have access to buyers and sellers accounts remotely to help in managing listings, orders, manage technical support, disputes, etc address any issues that is needed. This is important to have please. Not all users are the same some may need help in one way or another. Very important please.
2. Please add a dispute system where buyers can raise a dispute resolution with sellers about thier purchases for sellers to solve issues quickly.
3. Need messaging system for admin to send notification or announcement to both sellers and buyers on the platform
4. Make it possible for admin to be able to group all offers or deals from all sellers in one promotion campaigns section of the homepage or something like Flash sales or Big week sales to help make selling more engaging for on the platform for the sellers and buyers? Promotion feature such as Trending now, Popular items
5. Is it possible to customise the email messaging system such lost password, welcome user registration, order purchase etc?
6. Please add messaging templates make it possible for sellers to be able to send message to buyers such thank you for purchase, tracking information, follow up messages from their notification system for new orders, messages etc for sellers
7. Make it possible for sellers to be able to bulk import their product to the script with different files format such CSV, etc to help onboarding process easier.
8.Make it possible for admin to offer special individual commission rates for onboarding sellers. This option will help admin to attract and have a deal with bigger stores or sellers with more products to offer.

10. Buyer and seller communication including chat system

2. Instead, our script has a refund feature. Buyers and sellers can talk by sending messages under a refund request. So it can also be seen as a dispute.

5. You can change all texts inside emails by editing the language from the Language Settings/Edit translations section.
6. Buyers and sellers will receive the necessary emails. Please check the Email settings in the Admin panel.

We would like you to know that we did not design our script according to pre-sale requests. Since we receive different requests from many different buyers, we add the most requested features. Yes, you can install the script, prepare your site and then move it to your live server. The system will not ask you to enter a license key during installing it to the localhost. However, once you move your site to your live server, you need to create your license on our helpdesk and enter it to the ”.env” file. It is easy to move the website to another server. Am adding new categories and new additional filters according to the categories am creating to help users search.
Do I have create these filters for sellers dashboard and admin dashboard as well or just adding to homepage will be fine? Because my developer said is not needed to add in both sellers and admin dashboard. The new categories and filters should be added right?

We assume you are creating custom fields in the “Custom Fields” section of the admin panel and adding these custom fields to the product filters.
To do this, simply create your custom field, add options, choose the related category or categories, and add the custom field to the product filters. Once these steps are completed, both the admin and vendors will be able to select these custom fields when adding a product. Users will see these custom fields when viewing the related categories.

Hello, currently, there is no way to install the both scripts on the same domain because these two scripts have different databases and different files. We thought about creating a folder within an application and allow installation of the other application, but this also causes PHP session problems. For this reason, security problems may also arise. That’s why they will remain two separate applications for now. Thanks.
