Hello, We have problem that is there from the beginning but was noticed after customers started complaining about this and are not sure if it’s a malfunction and we need to extend support or maybe misunderstanding of plugin workflow. There is a additional service to book to “return car in other location” or “pick up car in other location”. So customers choose pick-up or drop-off location as “Other location” sometimes (last option in dropdown list). Whenever “Other location” is chosen in at least one of those fields, search results are empty (in reality they should show ALL vehicles available as any of them can be picked up and dropped of in “other location”).

May you please check if the following use case is covered by your plugin:
We have at the moment one car which have 4 seats available for booking. The bookable product would be: – Beginner course (4 seats individual bookable) – Advanced course (4 seats individual bookable) – VIP beginner course (takes all 4 seats) – VIP advance course (takes all 4 seats)
At first all 4 courses should be bookable. If someone books a vip product, no other product should be bookable during this time period. If someone books a „standard“ course, all other products should not anymore be bookable for the same timeslot except the remaining seats of the same product/course.

Hi, I really like this plugin and the features it offers, I just have a few questions before purchasing.
1) Our rental pricing has a daily, weekly and monthly rate For example Daily rate $10, but if booked for 7 days , this becomes $7/day However, any days exceeding 7 days will be charged at the normal rate So for 8 days (7 x $7) + (1 x $10) = $59 total I would like customers to select dates on the calendar and then have the price computed based on these rates Is this possible, and if so, how do I implement this type of pricing scheme
2) Are the item cards, booking forms, confirmation pages all customizable on elementor (I want to be able to change font and colours)

Is it possible to sell another rental product (optional) that will be rented within the same time period as another product? What I’m trying to figure out is if one can have 2 products and have one booking for both as opposed to the user creating separate bookings for each product? So maybe one could have a page that lists all rental equipment and the user checks a box against the equipment needed and then does the booking for all selected items. I hope you understand what I mean.

I am having a days calcultation issue. If I try to book a car from April 01 – 08:00am to April 02 – 08:00, it is charging for two days, but it is only a 24-hour rental and should count as only one day as any other car rental in the world. It happens with any other rental period, it always add an extra day.
What am I doing wrong? I set the system only with a $100 per day. Why is is adding the amount per day and not per 24 hour period?

I am almost finished setting up my car rental website using BRW, and so far, there are a few things I haven’t found a solution for.
I´d appreciate it if you can help me clear these questions:
1) I added a few services to my rental, but I would like to rename this title to “Extras”. Is there a way to rename “Services” to “Extras” when shown on the booking and check-out pages?
2) I rent my car per day, but it is only profitable to rent it for a minimum of 5 days. I know where to set up the minimum 5-day rental, but I would still like the client to be able to rent for 1, 2, 3, and 4 days but still charge him for 5 days and show a message. How can I achieve this?
3) The total price is automatically calculated when the number of days is selected or changed, which is fine, but the number of rental days is not shown anywhere. How can I show the number of days and price per day on the summary and check-out page?

Hey Guys, pre Sale Question. Is it possible to set a “weekend” Price? Let’s say, every Friday 8am – to Sunday 8pm for a fixed price? So you can see in the pricingtable the prices by day: monday – sunday. But when you book friday to sunday you will get extra 15%. I could’t find anything in the documentation or any workaround. We’re considering purchasing this plugin to allow for band instrument rentals on a client website. The instruments are rented for a minimum of one month at a time. Does your plugin accommodate this functionality? (ie. Kathy wants to rent a clarinet for her son. She selects clarinet and she is required to rent for an entire month, like March 7th – April 7th. She can add additional months if she wants to, but the system never lets you rent for anything less than a month – so she can’t rent for 1 month and 2 weeks, she has to rent for 2 months.)

Another issue is that in the order (in the woocommerce) I get the fields: Pick-up date : Drop-off date : Pick-up date real: Drop-off date real :
The info in both pick up dates and drop off dates are the same. I cant undersatnd why I get the “real” fields and what is the difference compare to the the other fields.

Why you can’t use Text field for enter price ? Because the customer will enter price and in this case, the system can’t use this price for calculating.
