How exactly you want it to work?

To speak over WhatsApp with possible clients, to give details about a product, prices, and so on , and after that to switch to a human operator

You can save the product name and short short description (keep it short for best results) into the embeddings DB and then the tool will find the best match and feed that to chatGPT to answer the user questions based on that. And it can stop answering a certain conversation once a STOP keyword is entered by the user.

You can run another instance of the software, but it’s not advisable to do so to avoid any problems with your WA account.
