Can you clarify something. The super admin has a place to save stripe keys and so does the company. When an appointment is booked, does the company or super admins stripe account make the charge? Does this have stripe connect? I’m confused.

Does the system allow for multiple bookings at the same time spots and dates? There may be cases when this software will be used for booking events and not just service calls, so the ability to book for the same time/date is necessary. Some features of the demo are disabled, so I couldn’t confirm. Thank you for clarifying!
We have added validation to do not allow same time booking. But you are right some business needs that so in upcoming update we will make setting for this kind of option. Thanks.
Yes, please. In some cases it is necessary to have to be able to book the SAME times and dates (like for events booking, etc). So if you can make it where that’s an option, it would be even more useful.

Does this software allow customers to book an appointment and also complete payment during the booking process? My client is looking for an service booking app that is an alternative to EventBrite

Yes, there should be an option to be able to complete payment during the booking process. I say optional, because sometimes payment is needed beforehand, and other times it is not needed—depending on the service or event. Please make this a possible option in the settings. Thank you!

in your roadmap I read that you add twilio notifications, this is not a good thing, you have to add a webhook for notifications and each user adds their own whatsapp sms service provider.
